I purchased a Mevo Gen2 over two weeks ago. The transaction has been completed with my credit card but I haven’t received my order. According to customer service, it’s back ordered. So waiting on the third week for shipment. Not sure what value playbetter has. If you want them to take your money for 3 weeks and not ship, shop here. Otherwise I’d go elsewhere.

Purchased from Playbetter a Foresight GC3 golf simulator and wasn't impressed so I returned it with their 30 day return guarantee. Playbetter acknowledges they received it (as does Fedex with signature and time) but they then say they can't find the return and that they are "looking into it." They acknowledge return of their product over 2 weeks ago yet I have yet to see my money. Not my fault they lost it but I am being penalized for it.

The Garmin S70 golf watch was sent to my husband as a gift. It was well-packed with a handwritten card thanking us. The card had the phone # and hours. Loved the personal touch and the watch is amazing!

Ordered a Garmin fenix 5s on Black Friday and received it on Monday. Had some questions and the girl was great about answering all my questions even though I could tell she was getting a lot of calls. Will be back for more. Can't wait to go for a run with my new watch. PERFECT!
