Unfortunately I can't give less than one star. They took my 12 year olds savings for football boots, sent him a MUCH cheaper pair, then refuse to answer emails, calls or messages on Facebook. DO NOT BUY FROM THE STORE ONLINE.

Recently purchased some items through this company for the first time for my daughters upcoming hockey tournament. One item they sent was incorrect so I called hoping for a quick replacement to be sent in time. The customer service via phone was terrible. I am still awaiting an outcome to fix their mistake!!! I would never order through this company again...

Brought a Gilbert innovo for 300 dollars for an important rugby game. The ball is a defect, bulges on valve side ,rolls one side when you put it down and is a terrible kick. For 300 dollars that's not good at All

Terrible service, be aware! Purchased a rugby top with personalised printed name to offer to a 8 years old child who lives overseas! It was supposed to be a present representing Aotearoa/NZ @allblacks @adidas rugby top. On the first day my nephew used the T-Shirt, the letters of his printed name fell off. This was terribly embarrassing and humiliating for me and the child. I could see him crying when taking off his rugby top. Terrible service and representation of New Zeakand overseas! #badcostumerservice #badquality #avoidpurchasing #scam

Ordered a shirt from player sports and a month later we are yet to receive it. We have contacted them multiple times but keep being told it is the courier which is holding it up. Have requested a refund but they will not give us one.

I only wore the cleat for 2 hours playing frisbee on the grass on Sunday 15 March 2026. And after that the glue comes off. Playsports/Brittainwynyard claiming it’s not their quality issue. Anyone having the quality issues are entitled to make a complaint to Consumer Proection Govt NZ, and lodge a case to Dispute Tribunal NZ.
