I'm in Christchurch, NZ. I received an email to say my item has been delivered, and nothing arrived. I waited a few days, still nothing. I emailed you, still no reply. I've asked for a refund of the $70 I paid for this item. Still waiting for a reply. This is the last time I ever purchase something off a Facebook advert.

I never received my item that I ordered. I am very disappointed as I was looking forward to receiving it

I made my order in February 20th and my item has not even been shipped yet! I have already sent 1 email with no response. I sent out a second email today. I'm getting very annoyed.

Well, considering that you never sent me my purchase, I’d say my experience was not so great.

I have been contacting the customer support email regarding my order. It has been 12 days and I haven’t received it, nor had any updates nor is anyone responding to my emails. Not good enough.

It took 14 days to get the package and then only one item worked. Now no one will communicate with me to correct my problem

I like the toys not the updates you should be giving me, didn't even get a notification about my order being shipped

My order has been stuck in. Transit for 17 days so far. At a usps sort facility 2 hours from my house. It was advertised on there website of a delivery period of 7 ro 10 day. I have emailed customer support on june 18, 2025 and have not received a response as of yet. I will not be ordering from this company again.
