Great website and easy to use. Then the customer service direct messages was very informative and friendly. Great experience ALL AROUND

Es wird mit Versand am selben Tag geworben, wenn man bis 18 Uhr bestellt. Ich habe zwei Bestellungen aufgegeben, seit 2 Wochen kam nichts an. Der Chat-Mitarbeiter sagte mir, dass die Seite von FedEx nicht aktuell sei (zur Nachverfolgung), das eine Paket habe 100% das Lager verlassen. Ende vom Lied: Hat es nicht. Bis heute hat keines der beiden Pakete, ich habe einen teuren Rennsitz für über 2000 Euro, sowie eine XL Matte und eine TV Halterung XL bestellt. Angeblich alles auf Lager.

Zur Lager Thematik noch folgendes: Eigentlich hatte ich einen anderen Sitz bestellt und bezahlt. Nachdem ich zwei Tage lang nicht gehört hatte, habe ich mich dort gemeldet. Die Ware sei nicht auf Lager, komme nicht wieder und die Bestellung hätte gar nicht durchgehen dürfen. Ich wollte mein Geld zurück, was fast zwei Wochen dauern sollte (WARUM?!). Ein Upgrade auf einen anderen, doppelt so teuren Sitz, sei aber möglich. Dafür gäbe es auch etwas Preisnachlass. Dieser könne sofort verschickt werden. Wie gesagt, verschickt wurde noch nichts (SEIT ZWEI WOCHEN, abgerechnet wurde sofort!)

Der Kundenservice lässt ebenfalls zu wünschen übrig. Live Chat Mitarbeiter geben (Beispiel oben) schnelle Antworten, ob diese korrekt sind ist denen egal. Dazu gibt es nicht mal ein Angebot zur Entschädigung, wenn man für so viel Geld was kauft und nichts passiert. NIE WIEDER! BLEIBT FERN LEUTE! TOTAL UNSERIÖS!

Sollte die Ware nicht langsam verschickt werden, wird das wohl ein Fall für den Anwalt...

Zur Qualität kann ich noch nichts sagen, sobald die Ware eintrifft folgt ein Edit.

Un service client au top, qui est là pour répondre à toutes vos questions très rapidement ! J'ai reçu mon Playseat très vite, en plus il était super facile à monter et la notice était très claire (contrairement à ce qu'on peut lire sur certains avis).
Je recommande à 100%, la qualité est au rendez-vous et la structure est adaptée à n'importe quelle taille, je fais 1m65 et mon conjoint 1m85, on peut s'en servir tous les deux en étant très à l'aise.

I recently purchased two playseats as Christmas gifts from the playseatstore. In brief, my experience was nothing less that terrific. Before ordering, I had questions about the seats and Jamie from their website online chat answered all of them with great knowledge. My concern was whether I would get them delivered to Canada in time for Christmas. During the 'wait' time, I messaged Jamie a couple time and each time, he looked up my order and gave me an update. I indeed got my order on time. I gave them a 5 star rating because although there was a little hiccup at customs, theplayseatstore very attentively resolved the issue.
It is so reassuring to know that some retailers really do still care about their reputation and their customers.

Es wird mit Versand am selben Tag geworben , wenn man bis 18 Uhr bestellt. Dies trifft leider absolut nicht zu, erst 7 Werktage später wurde mein Artikel Versand. Bis dato auch keine Infos über den Verbleib meines Artikels erhalten. Werde dort definitiv nicht nochmal bestellen.

If order an PLAYSEAT® TROPHY - GEARSHIFT AND HANDBRAKE HOLDER, on 25 November.
Almost 1 week after (1 December), the customer service (Jeroen) answer is not concrete, saying that "I expect your order to be shipped either today or in the beginning of next week".
You have to agree, this is an answer from somebody, that doesnt have a clue of the dispach dates, neither there is any comunication with warehouse facilities. Strange that a brand like Playseat, as this kind of service.
Additional information: ive ordered 1300 eur of Fanatec material, that will arrive on 6 December. Early that a meta plate for Playseat. :)

I contacted Playseat support to see if the Playseat Trophy Handbrake/Gearshift Mount was available because it was showing out of stock. They happily helped me in a very timely manor and got my order put together so all I needed to do was put in my card details. I especially appreciate how shipping costs were covered in my order. Throughout the whole exchange they were very kind and polite. Overall great experience and I will happily be recommending Playseat to my friends and colleagues.

I ordered a playseat evo with extra accessories from for my sons birthday.Great quality my son is really happy with it.We had a small hiccup with the shipping but these guys put it right straight away....Fantastic customer service definitely 5 stars!

Équipe à l'écoute très réactive aux messages au top pour nous aider. Seul bémol la livraison FedEx les délais ne sont pas respecté loin de la assez honteux. Si il faut changer une choses c'est bien ça le reste est parfait

Ordered the Playseat with ease, cannot use a visa-debit card though so bear that in mind... Shipping was 48hr confirmed but i'm yet to receive as ordered wednesday afternoon, so that was a pain for this weekends plans...
Needs to be a bit clearer i think....

Zu alles erst muss ich ein großen Lob an den Support geben!!
Da mein playseat f1 sitz nach 1,5 Jahren kaputt gegangen ist habe ich den Support kontaktiert und habe noch am selben Tag eine Antwort bekommen.
Ich hatte Bilder und die Rechnung schon beigefügt und ohne langes hin und her wurde mir gleich ein Angebot über einen neuen Sitz gemacht.
Der alte Zurück - der Neue kommt die Tage!
