Why do they not have chat?, well lets check pokerstars and GGpoker and they have chat right. But playtech does not...Playtech took over Ipoker network and before that you could chat on tables but after they took over they disable chat and my theory is that they have bots running 24/7 on smaller stakes tables raking for them all day for extra money. I have seen how badly these bots play and still win.

People please dont play this scam provider. I play last 3/4 years all games online casino with playtech and lost a lot of money. The best scam Is blackjack games, i lost in many session a 15/20 hand in a row, with dealer have all time 20 or too start have 3/4/5/6 and you stand with 17/18/19/20 the dealer have all time 20 or many times 21. Is a scam provider ever i see in 20 years of gambling. And i play a lot of casino in the world and never see this scam before.

I’m sharing my experience as a former employee.

In October 2025, while I was on sick leave, I contacted HR to ask for help and possible solutions due to my health situation. I made it very clear that I wanted to continue working if possible and proposed two options:
1. temporarily working reduced hours for a few months until my health improved, or
2. if this was not possible, termination by employer initiative.

I was told that reduced hours were not an option and that termination by employer initiative was also not possible. I was informed that the only available option was to end my contract by mutual agreement. This was presented as urgent, and I was strongly rushed to proceed immediately, with the process needing to happen the very next day.

At the same time, I was aware that an internal meeting was scheduled a few days later, and I was invited to it. However, I was not told what the meeting would be about. While I understand that companies cannot disclose future decisions, I believe I could reasonably have been advised to wait until this meeting before being pushed into making an irreversible decision under time pressure.

Only three working days later, during that meeting, the entire department I worked in was laid off.

Had I been advised to wait, or given a realistic alternative that would allow me to continue working in a reduced capacity, I would not have agreed to a mutual termination. This decision had serious financial consequences for me, as it significantly reduced my income and access to financial support during a period when I was dealing with health issues and unable to immediately find new work.

After this, I contacted the company multiple times to explain the situation and ask for clarification or support. Since early November, I have sent several emails and even a formal notice, but I have received no response.

What I find most disappointing is not only the lack of flexibility or support during illness, but also the complete lack of communication afterward. Being ignored for months when trying to address such a serious matter has left me without income and without answers.

I hope this feedback encourages better communication, care, and transparency in similar situations.

I've done a couple of reviews now and im starting to wonder if the gambling commission even look at the games they are giving the green light too... adventures beyond wonderland and playtech are literally robbing people of there livelihoods.. honestly if you want to gamble avoid playtech games you'll never win and it'll make you feel mentally unwell... you even have hosts laughing and staff laughing at bad results.
