It’s alright

I must say based on my experience of nearly two years with playto that this is one of the best place for any kid wants to earn knowledge of Robotics. The institute is professional, my kid’s instructor’s are well qualified knowledgeable well behaved. Tech support whenever needed gives there best whenever asked.

I got to know about Playto via Internet.My kid was addicted towards playing games on Laptop which worried me.Hence I decided to give a try to Playto where he would learn to make games rather than playing it.The way they started with basics introducing how we encounter the robots in our everyday life to finally bringing a concept to make one was really praiseworthy.The well designed curriculum along with excellent and skilled teaching guide gave my kid a thought to discover a new world of programming.Thanks to the team of Vimal,Surekha and Padma Priya Mam for giving their best to my Kid.He has now started Intermediate level.My Best Rgrds and Thanks to the Entire Team of Playto!

My kid was bit lucky he had a great teacher she had lot of patience and explains the concepts very nicely. He was 8 when he started the classes and normally the block based programming but my kid was adamant to use Adruino ide and wants text based programming and the teacher helped him to understand and also helped him to understand how block based to text based transition. So he does mixed now so he understands the block based and also try to convey to text based. We had some issues with the devices but they were replaced and shipped pretty fast even though we are living in different country

It was a wonderful experience with Playto Labs. The teachers are highly skillful and knowledgeable and always approachable, which made the learning process smooth and enjoyable. Mishi loved attending the classes and looked forward to each session.
We are excited about the Robo Leagues which we missed last sessions and are confident it will further enhance her skills and creativity.

The first teacher was just showing my daughter the code and asking her to copy it, without explaining a thing! Then the second one shortened the lessons and finishes them in half time. We still have three lessons which were not provided, I have messaged the company multiple times and no response. Seems they just want to make money and don't care about education.

My daughter enjoyed the robotics program from Playto Labs. I saw her go from no knowledge to a level where she was able to build several robots by herself with confidence. She developed a taste for creativity and innovation with technology and she now likes to build her own ideas into projects. The program was totally worth it.

I made the huge mistake of enrolling my child in Playto Labs for their hyped-up online coding and robotics lessons. They lure parents in with slick promises: fun, structured, age-appropriate classes; qualified instructors; hands-on kits; transparent refunds; and real skill-building for the future.
It's all a scam. The reality is a nightmare of hidden fees, incompetent instruction, constant disruptions, abusive behavior toward kids, and outright refusal to refund money despite their "transparent policy." Here's what actually happened:

Hidden charges and bait-and-switch pricing — They never clearly disclosed upfront fees for "features," materials, kits/postage, or whatever else. These surprise charges hit after signup, turning their "affordable" pitch into a money grab.
Lessons are a complete mismatch to what they advertise — Sold as beginner-friendly and progressive, the classes dive straight into advanced coding concepts with zero proper explanation or buildup. Instructors act like kids already know everything, leaving children confused, frustrated, and completely turned off from learning.
Instructors are rude and outright abusive to children — Multiple teachers were dismissive, impatient, harsh, and yelling at kids over simple questions. This isn't "tough love"—it's unacceptable and emotionally damaging in a kids' program. We had to beg for a teacher switch because of the hostility.
Chaotic scheduling and outright fraud on attendance — Classes get canceled, rescheduled last-minute, or the instructor ghosts entirely. Shockingly, some then fake that the session happened. The promised curriculum? Ignored—repeating the same boring stuff for months or skipping key topics without explanation.
Zero makeup classes despite bold promises — They guarantee rescheduling for misses/cancellations, but it's a lie. Almost none ever happen, leaving you paying for nothing.
Refund process is a blatant scam with coercive threats — Their site brags about "pay only for classes taken" and easy refunds. In practice: they fish for PayPal details, dangle fake promises (like Amazon vouchers), then vanish. No money back. When you complain or post honest feedback, support staff bully you to retract everything and admit "it's not true"—just so they can dodge explaining to management or taking any responsibility. It's manipulative, evasive, and feels like straight-up extortion to silence bad reviews.

This isn't poor service—it's a deliberate scam operation wasting parents' money and kids' time while exploiting trust. Aggressive sales calls (from multiple numbers, even harassing when you say no), fake positive reviews, and zero accountability add to the red flags.
Parents: This is predatory. Do NOT enroll. Search real independent reviews (Trustpilot, Reddit—ignore their own site fluff). There are legitimate coding/robotics programs out there that actually deliver.
Save your hard-earned money, protect your child's confidence, and steer clear of Playto Labs. It's a total rip-off scam.

My granddaughter has been enjoying the Robotics introduction classes from Playto labs, she always gets excited to learn and do the experiments and has learned quite a bit in short period of time. Teacher Mrs. Fatima who is guiding her is a great teacher, has patience in teaching the fundamentals and working with the student to make them interested.
I would highly recommend getting your kids started with Playto labs robotics to learn and enjoy in fun and practical way.

Excellent for young kids. Good curriculum and great teachers.

My son took basic and advanced courses here. He liked their way of teaching. He developed more interest into Robotics after this course.Especially Bilqees Fatima and Pavan are exceptional teachers.

Been looking for some activity sessions for my kid , came across lot of platforms and finally found which is genuinely interesting and my kid is always build robots and shows it to both of us and his teachers and friends .

They provide an outstanding program for kids to learn robotics and coding. My child recently completed their beginner course and loved every minute of it. The instructors made the sessions fun and interactive, which kept my child engaged and excited about learning. By the end of the course, my child had built a working robot and even coded it to perform simple and complex tasks. It's incredible to see such enthusiasm and confidence in my child. Thanks to their well-designed curriculum.

Best Robotics courses for kids. Good service for money.

Scammers they call you from multiple numbers, scream and blow in the phone when you say you don’t want their services. They are all working in the same call center in India, and they operate under multiple names with education varying from robotics to coding etc. If you refuse service they pass your info off to their colleague so that you can be harassed by another fake company. They use this same call center to write their reviews. Today a woman called me and when I asked her to stop calling she blew in the phone with her mouth like a mentally disabled child. I would avoid these people and these companies at all costs. This has been going on for years non stop.
