This company is full of lies. The mini chainsaw is advertised as cutting a carrot, that it takes oil and runs. The truth is, it doesn't go, it doesn't take oil and it wouldn't cut anything. It's an absolute rip off. The most expensive key rings I've ever bought and are just rubbish. Nell

There email address and phone number are bogus do not purchase anything from them

Reading all the negative reviews gives me small comfort for falling into the same trap. Even if I had received a toy mini chainsaw keychain, at $20 totalling $31.17 including their 5% tip they help their selves to, would be something. Nothing here, don't torture yourself, do not place orders .

i just ordered a bubble machine put all my information in then they took my money but said there was a problem and it didn't go through but yet the took the money so it is a scam company and they stole my money .please be ware don't be stupid like me now iam out 35.99 forgot to mention i tried to call the number they give and its also fake

I ordered the mini chainsaw over 4 months ago and it has yet to arrive. I emailed customer service multiple times and they have Y E T to contact me back. This website/"company" is a complete scam! It needs to be shut down. And all adds for it need to be shut down!

I ordered 6 of the "chainsaws" that show the work and actually cut stuff. I got 2 and they are rubber, and they sent me 4 rubber other tools. So for the 70 bucks I spent I got crappy rubber toys

DO NOT PURCHASE from these SCAMMERS!!! Advertised working product and send rubber keyring instead . Charged me three times as well over $70 USD and send bs rubbish . Don’t bother trying to contact company they also send you a fake email posing as a bounced email - which I know is fake as I sent multiple emails yet only some bounce . Utter thieves

If I could give them -5 stars I would they tell you is a 50:1 mix they call it a real chainsaw but they are full of shit. It’s a real toy that is impossible to start or cut anything I should have known if it sounds to good to be true it’s probably a big fat scam

I was hoping for a mini chainsaw but after 2 months I got a Minecraft compass. I must have sent up to 40 emails to all of Playtrixlab's email and never got 1 reply! So when I rated them 1 star I only did that so I could write this review. They deserve a -10 star as far as I'm concerned.

The company took an extra $40 from my account , over and above the cost of the items. When I inquired about it, was ghosted. No customer service and emails were returned undeliverable. With them dealing through Shopify, you won't get any help through them either.

Saw an ad for a "Mini Functional Saw Tool Keychain" so clicked on the link to buy this amazing product, viewed the item on the playtixlab website and fell in love with this tiny little chainsaw - there was even video footage showing someone filling it with oil and using it - the video shows it cutting a pencil in half and sawing straight down the middle of a carrot - but it was not til I had scrolled down past about four or five paragraphs and additional photos in the item description that I see a sentence stating the item is NOT functional.....IT SAYS FUNCTIONAL IN THE TITLE AT THE TOP OF THE PAGE! THERE'S VIDEO FOOTAGE OF IT FUNCTIONING!! Lies... all lies. Absolutely disgraceful and nothing more than a complete waste of my time. If you lie once, how can anyone trust anything else you say ever again?

I ordered a mini working chainsaw and got a flimsy piece of rubber that you wouldn't be able to spread butter on a cracker with. Horribly disappointed isn't the word. Email for support isn't even real, just keeps getting returned as unknown. Nightmare trying to get it refunded through my credit card.

Never received my order. It is now two full weeks. I am sending emails to the customer service to the address that is on their website and the system is sending it back to me with the undeliverable error message. When I phoned them I simply got an add for health insurance.

I agree with LJW. I also give them a zero!! I ordered this and, like a fool, thought this was real. I received it yesterday; came from China; it's made of a rubber material, a complete fake, DEFINITELY not as described, non-working. I spent $31 on this piece of s**t. I was totally scammed. Buyer beware. Do not order this (unless you like to throw away money) and I would suggest not ordering any other item from this company!

I give them a zero!! They’re a rip-off company, fraud, scam, false advertising, I received a junk plastic keychain instead of a mini working saw, Advise no one do business with this company or you will get ripped off!!!

ITS A SCAM..... Don't deal with these people. I tried several times to contact them through email, but it goes to an undeliverable address. I tried calling, it went to a travel agency. They are a complete RIP OFF!!!

Sold chainsaw to me at one price then billed me for extra. Didn't ship product for over a month. when it finally arrived it was something completely different and non functional. Tried to contact sellers but email bounced back. Sorry I can't give negative 5 star rating.

I wish I had read these reviews before I purchased this garbage. It's a complete ripoff. Be advised. This company is a scam. False advertising. No customer support. No returns or refunds. Do not buy from them unless you want to be ripped off.

Wish I could give a negative rating. Always check to see the origin of the company you're purchasing from and in this case, it was China. Complete scam artists. I canceled my credit card after not receiving the product after 3 weeks. They gave a fake tracking number and I bet they hope customers will just give up and chalk it up to a loss. The ads they push out are 100% AI, so whatever you do, NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!
