Stay away it’s big scam I won 500 dollars and it’s been 2 weeks now since I withdraw the money I didn’t received anything and ever time I tried I contacted them they don’t have an answer they told me all I have to do is wait. Stay away and don’t deposit

If you read this save yourself the annoyance of this site as there are much better ones to play on. Trying to withdraw is a nightmare. Decided to test it out and wish I stay with my trusted provider which I will now. They must have no staff as trying to withdraw money can take over a week. My usual one is the same day. Learn from my mistake and go to casino chan as they will pay out within hours. Terrible terrible site.

Una verdadera vergüenza de atención, servicio de pagos pésimo , servicio de juego pésimo, atención al cliente solo lo que hace es evadir la preguntas que uno hace , no responden a tu pregunta y cuando ya les dices todo lo que ya sabes que van a decir, se desconectan del chat y alegan que ha terminado su turno, de vuelta todo el proceso con el nuevo que llega. Retuvieron mi dinero por mas de 15 dias.

At first tried to deposit using Visa card but they had removed the option !
My friend referred my using the visa deposit only 1 week ago!
Then they recommended using alternative methods such as PAY ID, Apple Pay ( which also isn’t even a payment method on their site!!!) then tried Neosurf and that too doesn’t work. Not happy at all, the email states to try alternative methods but they arnt even in the list of deposits options and don’t get me started on neosurf Ffsk, they’re completely useless too.
All other alternatives I don’t have like bitcoin and other crypto and I don’t have Mastercard .

I start saying that their politic about withdrawals is unfair. You can do one per day, max 500 or 800 basing on level they assign you.
After a charge they move me to expert and I start withdrawal 800 a day and all is fine. Today I discover (when I have other money to finish to take) that they moved me back to beginner so with 500 daily limit . I will take more days to catch my money, they are upset about number of withdrawals but I swear I’ll never play 1 euro more here now or in the future. Here goes the as straight forward as I can.
1. Deposit money and didn't acquire any bonus - so balance had no wagering requirement.

2. Hitting big in slot, all of a sudden a bonus is applied so now I need to wager(without my consent or knowledge)!!!!!!!! With proof that it was applied during game play (1 minute with 4 spins and a bonus activation.

Who the fk in their right mind would go and activate a bonus while they're spinning, winning and had no wagering requirements?

3. Hit massively in feature then these fkn dodgy kntz uses that winning to clear my wagering requirements. So that big win was for nothing.

How dumb are these kntz to think that a person would overlook a simple detail like that. Easy to take but hard to payout.

Ich habe mir 100.- nach meiner ersten Einzahlung auszahlen lassen, weil ich wie üblich bei neuen Casinos sehen wollte ob ich das Geld erhalte und wie lange es dauert. Die zweite war bezüglich der Dauer bei Auszahlungen welche mir beantwortet wurde doch logischerweise nicht zufrieden stellte und die dritte bezüglich einem Einzahlungsbonus welchen ich nicht erhalten hatte. Ich muss keine bessere Bewertung abgeben wenn ich es nicht für angebracht halte, ihr dürft jedoch gerne eure Dienste verbessern um bessere zu erhalten.

Stellt immer sicher das euer Kontostand auf null ist bevor ihr eine Schliessung veranlasst. Denn diese schlauen Herrschaften haben in AGB's welche man akzeptiert, dass sonst Spesen verrechnet und somit von eurer Kreditkarte abgehoben werden. Für den Versuch euch die Beispielsweise 0.01 cent überweisen zu können.

What more can i say except they stall payouts (for me i waited 1 week and came across a couple different reasons such as: we have problem with the ones in charge of payment, we are overrun with work and we are working very hard sorry for your inconvinience)
They canceled my cashout 2 times in with no reason and when i contacted support they told me it was some misstake from their side and "sorry for inconvinience". There are many great casinos out there wich offer good bonuses and instant cashout.
After two weeks of waiting for my cashout i accepted my loss and reported them so they hopefully will loose their license.
