We bought a GE oven from Plesser's. We live on the west coast and had never heard of them but the reviews were great so we gave them a try. We got a much better price than I could get locally from the big box stores. Delivery was a bit slow but we anticipated that that could happen especially since it was the holiday season. The bottom trim piece was the wrong size but Nyra Elliot in customer service got the right one to me in no time at all. Great customer service! All-in-all a very good experience.

I ordered a couple mini bar fridges from a different appliance store, after not getting clear information on what's in stock and when our products would be delivered I started looking around. I was lucky that Lyndsey answered my call when I reached out to Plesser's. She was knowledgeable, honest, and helped me find the right appliance for my build and not the most expensive one.

Product knowledge is great but you can't beat good human interaction. Lyndsey was so kind from the beginning and was a please to speak with.

Call and ask for her, you won't regret your experience!

Ordered a new washer dryer and as always got great service and a good deal from
Robert, so highly recommend him.

However this time delivery by the third party provider has been a disaster. They didn’t show up when scheduled, then came two days later and refused to install without a stacking kit even though we never had one on the old washer dryer.

We are still without functioning setup and days behind schedule.

UPDATE: Plessers made it right by us. Changing my Review to 4*

In a world of knock-offs, Plesser's is a rare and precious find. The service is flawless, and every experience I have surpasses the previous one. Thank you for your enduring dedication to being the best.

A wonderful experience working with Plesser's Appliances. After our old Samsung fridge quit working, my wife and I hit every major retailer in town to determine what manufactures were rated high in quality and satisfaction and what new features were out there. After finding the fridge that fit our needs and the wife liked, I could not find a local retailer that had it in stock and could not guarantee delivery before Thanksgiving. While surfing the web, I came accoss Plesser's Appliences web site and found our preferred fridge availble and at a better price. Skeptical of ordering a major applience from the east coast, I called them to ask about their delivery system and warrantys. Adam Bayram answered all my questions and told me that the GE frigde that we wanted would come from the local GE wharehouse and not shipped from a warehouse in NY. The transaction was easy and seemless. The delivery was awesome. The two gentlemen handled the fridge like it was being delivered to a family member. I will definately do business with them again.

Advertised a range and then when I paid for it, they tell me it is not in stock. Talk to another person and it turns out they lied about being out of stock said they mis-priced it and would not sell it to me for what I paid, made me pay an additional $500 to get the stove. Very deceptive selling practices at this place.

Fast and easy! Salesperson Adam was friendly, responsive, and proactive, making the process of purchasing appliances from across the country a breeze. The website was straightforward to use and delivery encountered no issues.

Awful! Purchased a 6K range with PRO install. Range was delivered and delivery personnel had no idea about the install. After trying to call customer support (no answer in business hours) and the delivery people calling the manger ... they changed their position and offered install. However ... they were not "Licensed" to install gas appliances. What a risk??!? I finally contacted customer services who was RUDE and hateful and offered to remove $400 install fee for me to keep the range. WHAT? NO way. Finally customer service HUNG up after yelling "I am coordinating with the delivery company and I Will call you back" CLICK (Hung up). A bit later they packed up the range on the truck and drove off. NO communication since. Nothing ... crickets. I have no idea what the state of the order is currently. I have disputed the charge with the bank.

If I had known what kind of nightmare the delivery would be, I would never have purchased from Plessers.

My sales associate, Adam Bayram, was fantastic—knowledgeable, helpful, and a big reason why I committed to the purchase. I’m very happy with my Thermador range and drawer microwave.

Throughout the process, I received updates, and the day before delivery, I was told to expect the delivery sometime in the morning. Then, around 6 p.m. that same day, I got a call saying they now wanted to deliver that night. I agreed, as long as they could be quick and quiet since I have a newborn.

Around 9 p.m., a truck shows up. The delivery team clearly lacked experience—especially for handling a $10,000 appliance. I asked if they could bring the range around back since that would be easier for in-home delivery. They responded, “Give us a few minutes while we set up.”

At 9:30 p.m., I get a knock on the door. They tell me they’re going to leave the range at my front door or inside the garage. I told them I paid extra for Gold Insured & Inspected Delivery. They immediately got defensive, started arguing with me, and accused me of trying to get free white glove service.

I showed them my receipt—$332.98 for the Gold Insured Delivery—and read directly from the Plessers website:

“Most customers choose our Gold Insured Inside Uncrated & Inspected delivery because it includes a 2-man team unpacking your products, bringing them into your home, and placing them in the room of your choice.”

When I told them I wanted the range placed in the kitchen, they sighed and got on the phone with their supervisor. After a 20-minute hold, the supervisor confirmed what I had already paid for: full in-home delivery with uncrating and placement. As you’d expect for a range, that means the kitchen.

The delivery crew then spent the next 30 minutes uncrating the unit with a visible attitude, grumbling the entire time. I watched them closely to ensure no damage. They finally placed the range in the kitchen—but left a trail of packing debris from the kitchen to the driveway.

As I escorted them out, one of the guys turned and asked if I was going to tip them. Despite their behavior, I handed each of them $20—only because my wife whispered that we don’t want these guys coming back angry or causing problems.

That was the delivery experience for my $10,000 Thermador range and microwave. Never again

There was a problem with the dryer I ordered at a Plessers's salesperson's suggestion-- it turned out to need a 220 v. Plesser's agreed to take it back and credit my payment toward the dryer I could use.

The deliveries and the pickup was prompt within the time slot I was given.

We were fortunate and worked with Plessers for all appliances for a new home. They were excellent in guiding us on what would be best for our preferences, price range, etc. Rob was great to work with. Appliances were delivered with care. Great team, efficient. All around have been quite pleased with the selection and service from buying to install.

The two installers arrive on time. Harold and Chris were both pleasant and professional. Removing the prior fridge was not trivial due to surrounding cabinetry, but they dealt with that methodically and carefully and solved the problem. Because of the cabinet the installation of the SubZero also had issues, belt again they were solved beautifully.

Always makes life easier great communication and delivery on point

AI is the future. Plesser’s has effectively used it to take the guesswork out of delivery windows! The drivers (humans!) were super prompt, clean and professional. In and out! Job done! Good work! Highly recommend Plessers!
