Always helpful, incredibly responsive, and genuinely invested in our success, Emma goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs perfectly. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about your business as if it were their own, but that’s exactly what you get with her.

I honestly can’t recommend Plexus highly enough. I’ll rave about them to anyone involved in importing goods across Europe they are simply the best in the business. We used Plexus to import a couple of loads from Spain. Price was competitive and service was excellent. Both loads were handled by Elias from quote to delivery. He offered regular updates and responded promptly to any emails I sent. Very pleased we used them.

Elias at plexus was great in arranging the shipment form the UK to Germany. Very easy to deal with and tracked the progress the entire journey. The price was also excellent. We will be using Plexus again in the future.

Plexus Freight are true specialist in covering the well trodden transport routes to Europe's ceramics heartlands, such as Portugal, Spain and Italy. But in this instance they were also quick off the mark in providing an ad-hoc quote to Denmark, not one of their usual markets.
