I’ve noticed all the bad reviews are from people unhappy with their customer service experience and not the actual product. I would 100% recommend. I’ve been using these products to help an autoimmune condition. I’ve definitely seen a huge improvement in my health. Weight loss, less bloating, less to no menstrual symptoms, better sleep plus much more. I don’t “sell” the products, I just enjoy the benefits. Have I had a few issues with shipping? Yes I have. But a quick PHONE CALL to customer, and they cleared everything up. I don’t understand these people who had an issue and sent an email, then cried about not getting a response. Call them! It’s so much faster. You probably didn’t even email the right person. Any issue I’ve had has been fixed with a simple phone call.
It’s a little pricey, but your health is worth it!

I got charged MORE than what was supposed to come out!! The rep. that i was with claimed she would help BUT NEVER FOLLOWED THROUGH! It took DAYS to get a response from her, when I did get a response.. Now they are not allowing me to cancel my account with them.
Biggest regret was trying anything with this company!

I was a loyal subscriber for 3 years! When the Canada strike came, I changed my shipping to a different address. And they didn't answer my email in regards to why I still didn't get my products. So I reached out to PayPal to refund my money. As soon as PayPal reached out to them a rude plexus employee wrote them a letter stating I was a liar. I have never been treated with such arrogance as a customer. The package finally showed up at my door with a different currier, because they clearly changed my package so it didn't go to Canada Post. I went to try and place an order and they put my account to terminated. I asked the customer service why my account is terminated and he said because there is a charge back from PayPal and because we won the dispute I would have to pay 25$ to unterminated me. Wow what an ignorant company!!! Do not support this MLM they DO NOT CARE!!

Please please please when you call to cancel monitor your bank account. Plexus continued to charge my wife and i 21.54 for some subscription fee after we called to cancel. Shady business practice. We needed to cancel something else when my wife called to cancel but they did not tell her. They said they will refund the last charge but i may be out of luck for the previous 3 years. unbelievable. Please do not use this company.

I received the Plexus Lean Whey protein powder. Says to use 2 scoops. The 1 scoop is more product than I had in a single serve packet of the product. While doing Plexus reset. No one on the phone with customer service seems to be able to answer how many grams are in 1 tablespoon of the product. Depending on the weight, 2 scoops is either 45 grams, instead of 39, or worse case 144 grams instead of 39. The main concern is the possibility of overdosing on molybdenum.

Is there a negative number I can give this MLM company? I ordered some products from this shady company. Right after I placed the order, I realized that my address was incorrect. I updated my address on the site. I informed plexus that they were sending the order to the wrong address and heard nothing back from them. The order was sent to the wrong address. I never received the order. I emailed plexus and heard nothing back from them. I disputed the charges with PayPal, who sided with Plexus, because Plexus showed them a tracking number with UPS that showed that the order was delivered (to my old address). Plexus also told PayPal that I was a liar. I got a hold of UPS to trace the package. UPS told me that the package was transferred to the USPS for delivery. They gave me a tracking number. USPS returned the product to the sender (Plexus). Not only does Plexus have the product back, but they also stole my money and refuse to give it back. I would not recommend this MLM company to my worst enemy's dog.

Exactly two years and one day after I cancelled my membership they charged my account again for $39.98. I cancelled my membership on 9/17/21 and was charged on 9/18/23. This is why I don't ever sign up for memberships since. They will never stop!!!! Total BS.

I paid $150 for … not much.

A water bottle that came with it was cheap garbage that started peeling after 2 weeks. + a pillbottle of laxative pills + little jar of probiotic pills.

It cleared up a bit of acne, (I think, though it’s hard to say) and reduced the bloating I had. Not worth the $$.

Of course there was a SUBSCRIPTION that I had accidentally signed up for, and it took 5 times contacting customer service to get them to finally send a return label.

Now to see if they actually send the full refund at the end of the month…

Been using these products since Oct 2020. Best thing I ever did! Love the energy, weight loss and more youthful skin. Great company.

This company is unclear as to what types of annual subscriptions customers are enrolled in. I cancelled my subscription a while back and was charged a membership fee for another 2 years after the cancellation. When I spoke with customer service again after the second charge, I was told for the first time ever that I had an ambassador subscription which was different from the other subscription. I'm so disappointed with the way they conduct their business. Plexus company is burning bridges behind them because there are many supplement companies out there who are great and you may go out of business sooner or later.

Though the product works, it's NOT worth the hassle and the cost. There ARE products out there that are less costly and works as well, if not better.
One thing that was ratchet was the fact, after cancelling my account with them, come the anniversary to the date I joined they tapped my card the $49.99 membership fee. I was like WAIT! WHAT! NAW...
I had a lovely (not) time dancing around the FACT I had cancelled my account as instructed months prior to the renewal.
I have seen WAY TOO MANY reviews of this happening to other patrons. I truly believe this is a scam.. there's entirely too many people who set up auto pay on various accounts and they forget about it.
PEOPLE WAKE UP! There are companies that prey on your trust. Hoping you won't catch this.
This is just one that works this way.
The woman on the other end of this call, was anything but polite.
She was short, rude, and down right beligerant. She acted entitled and that it was a 'glitch'. Yeah, and I sprouted grapes between my toes!! NO, THIS IS NOT A GLITCH! IT'S CALLED ILLEGAL!
When a person CANCELS a membership with a company THAT cancellation IS TO SEVER ALL TIES FROM SAID COMPANY TO THE PERSON'S PAYMENT SYSTEM.. BANK OR CREDIT CARD!!
PLEXUS, does NOT respect that cut.
I wonder just how many people are still going through this ordeal, after cancelling the account!
I've since then closed my bank account and opened another, for safety precautions.
I promised to sue, if they tried to tap my account again.
To prevent me the headache, I did the responsible thing and opened a different checking account, to which they haven't access too.
To save me the hassle of opening suit on them.. they WILL try again next April to tap an account. They did not respect the closure the 1st time, their word is worthless.. save yourself the headache of 'trusting' a untrustworthy company all together.
Close & start over - avoid the lawyer fee's and headache.. STAY AWAY FROM PLEXUS!!

the product is available in various online platforms.. CHEAPER than the original company and best of all NO MEMBERSHIP DUES!!
PLEXUS IS A PYRAMID SCHEME AT BEST.. if you're suckered in to sell.. DON'T! You make little if anything at all. The higher ups are corrupt and shady. What they do to get ahead (the one I was under, did) would make your head spin.

I have never had such a bad experience with a company or with customer service. Wish I could give them 0 stars.

This is the BEST company, hands down!!! Their products are all natural & plant based. They give back to the community & take such good care of their Ambassadors!! I LOVE this company!!!
