Most comfortable slippers I’ve ever worn. Feel like clouds wrapped around my feet!!

The comfort these slippers provide is wonderful!
I have found out that they run big so I’m having to down size. I normally wear an 8M.

Well they were for my girlfriend and she is very hard to please on house shoes and she really likes these but it was hard guessing the size as they don't show the size in U.S sizes

Terrible support and horrible response. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I've been ignored and as a repeat customer very shocked at how I have been treated as unimportant and unappreciated. They do not try to help you out with fixing any mix ups, once they get your money they don't care if you're satisfied or not. This is a great example of how companies lost the mentality that customer satisfaction is a priority.
If I can save just one person from being a victim to this disgusting company I would feel fulfilled.
Keep searching for better, this product and this company isn't it!

Love the product. The customer service is so/so. No returns or exchanges and no credit given if they dont fit. That makes it hard to give them 5 stars.

I love these slippers. A bit on the expensive side, but the quality matches the price. They are soft and luxurious and warm as described. One small issue: I am a size 4.5 and ordered the 4.5 - 5.5 size, but I found them very tight, so perhaps the sizing chart is inaccurate?

I love these slippers there nothing like the ones that look like these. When I first put them on I noticed the difference between immediately. The other ones I throw out the size were not the same as these. Buy the original ones there are worth the price.

I bought Pluffi slippers for a Christmas gift for a friend who always has cold feet and took advantage of a sale and got myself a pair as well. I thought these were fun looking but didn't have high hopes for a product that was so popular on social media. BOY, was I wrong!!! Pluffi slippers are beyond comfortable! They support your feet and are so snuggly and warm. The soles are tough and the colors are adorable. Just ordered another pair for both of us!

Ordered 6 weeks ago. Not received anything for my wife's birthday. Emailed several times. Eventually got answer to be told not in stock. Asked to choose another colour. So did,now been a further 3 weeks. I've received 9 different "item has been despatched " emails for 2x different orders. Honestly dont think they know what they are doing. Avoid with a barge pole.

Soft, and very comfortable

Decided to buy my wife and I a matching set of slippers for Christmas. After three months, the sole of the slipper completely came up and was no longer comfortable. I went to their customer service to see if they could offer any solutions and they responded that because I didn't pay for their warranty, I was SOL.

My wife maybe wore these 8-10 times around the house and we are disgusted this is their best solution.

Please avoid this company and do not give them your money. What sort of company can't stand behind their product after three months?

They are well made, comfortable, and keep my feet warm.

Unaware there are no returns

Their very comfortable and warm I live in Reno,Nv it gets cold here.

My 2nd pair, they are great for warm feet, durable, washable.

We love the slippers. I have bought for my daughter and granddaughter and myself. Love the fact that we can wash them and they turn out great. very comfortable.
