Don't use this company if u want zero customer service, been trying to cancel my order for over a week, email and calling. "We will get back to you in 2 business days" my ass. Not one person has reach out to me. This company sucks!!

I purchased these noise-canceling acoustic cable headphones, and the overall experience was dreadful. Let me break down my evaluation of the product.

I placed the order from Europe on November 19th, but the product didn't arrive until January 19th, which is an unacceptably long shipping time. Adding to the frustration, I was slapped with an additional €10 in customs fees.

As for the acoustic headphones themselves, they are of low quality with terrible sound. The materials used are subpar, and the product fails to fulfill its primary function – it doesn't fit well into the ear and does a poor job of blocking external noise. Essentially, it's a completely useless item. I find it disappointing that even Chinese products, often criticized, manage to produce better quality nowadays. I intend to request a refund for this product.

My advice is to steer clear of this company, as they seem to lack an understanding of what noise-canceling headphones should be and what constitutes decent sound. It appears to be an assembly of low-quality materials aimed at maximizing profit rather than delivering a satisfactory product.
