Its a Scam! No way to cancel the subscription! I cannot remember i sign up for this.. Called my credit card company to dispute and file a fraud report on this.

Complete SCAM! I wish I had checked the reviews before spending cash with this truly abysmal app and its well-dodgy creators. Avoid like the plague. There are other really good creator apps out there, run by decent people who do not take money under false pretences. I'm reporting this to my bank and hope I can get a result.

As everyone else has said, it is a scam. There is absolutely no way to cancel the free trial. They will not respond to emails. I actually signed up for this several months ago and had to have my bank block transactions from them. I just now received a notification that they attempted to withdraw $108. Thankfully the transaction was denied. Figured I would finally add my offering to the heap of warnings. Be warned and be smarter than I was.

Plugger.ai had a LIFETIME access with endless regeneration and other benefits for $49, I paid the $49 and 2 months later they changed their "terms" and are now a month to month service.
It was a SCAM having people to pay $49 for a life time that only lasted a couple months. I want a refund! I did not buy a couple month access, I wanted Lifetime as promised. I would have gone to a better company if I knew this was not a one time payment.

I love the website and ai images it creates. However, I recently paid $300 for 1 year membership. After multiple times emailing them, I still have never recrived the credits. It still says zero. Ive now asked for my money back, with no response. I'm now believing its a scam.

Absolutely a scam!. I signed up yesterday and had a payment for a lifetime. The next day, I was unable to use this app again. It doesn't generate anything!

Definitely a scam. Signed up for a 3 day trial, immediately saw it wasn't going to be suitable for my needs and tried to cancel but nothing is working. In Account Settings, the icon net to my account doesn't bring anything up, the Subscriptions tab says "Oops, try again later", no one responded to the Support message I sent, no response to the info@ email address, and went on reddit to find details but all is quiet. Wish I'd done the extra bit of research and avoided it entirely. By comparisson, I also deleted MidJourney and the "delete account" button was right there where expected and instantly done.

AN ABSOLUTE SCAM. They start with a 3-day free trial and say you can cancel anytime, but there is no instructions on how to cancel and the support is not responding!

Total Scam. Start you on a trial. No way to cancel. Support don't answer. Had to cancel my card.

Website hat keine Seite um im Account das Trial anzusehen oder abzubrechen.

Bucht nach 3 Tagen Trial ab, obwohl per Mail nach 1 Stunde schon gecancelt wurde.
Grundeinstellung ist natürlich auf 1 Jahr eingestellt, deswegen werden über 100 Euro nach 4 Tagen abgebucht.
