Dishonest...
I just had their plumber over. On the phone, the sales guy tells you the minimum price is 130 EUR for a simple clogging. Plumber tells me minimum is 200 EUR. I call them to understand and negotiate and the guy hangs up on me - they have the leverage as you need the service. The company is not clear on how they will price you and just do what they want and then you have to pay for the visit anyway even if you dont want the service anymore. In the end he charged me 304 EUR. Dishonest.
