I lost the link to my smart thermostat. A young man called Sam arrived and identified the problem and got a replacement part very efficient.

This the third time I have used this company.Sam came on time.He moved my washing machine from my kitchen into the garage with ease,and quickly and efficiently carried out the necessary plumbing. He did not leave until the machine had completed a full cycle to ensure everything was working with no leaks. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

Plumber turned up within the hour and sorted the issues with the kitchen taps. No fuss and no mess and all as good as new.

Lady on phone was quick and no fuss. Will use again

Stephen and his mate came and altered my gas pipe so my new gas cooker could go nearer the wall by a couple of inches. Both very professional, but also friendly. They made the whole experience easy. I would recommend to family and friends. Barbara Savage

I had very little hot water pressure , plumbforce advised me to have a new unvented water tank , Stewart did a great job installing it and now I have more water pressure than I know what to do with , I will be more than happy to use plumbforce again

Sam Graham attended today to plumb in a tap and a gas hob . Not only did he do a professional job he also, without being asked, checked the gas boiler too. Would definately recommend and use again.

Andrew Troth was once again on time. He did the repair very professionally. He made sure the boiler was working well and also gave us good advice. He is very polite, helpful and efficient.

Everything was well organised and work done well and effectively. We shall probably use this firm again as our boiler is due to be replaced.

Adam Macdonald came to repair my boiler today. He was quick and efficient and explained what the problem had been and was reassuring.
Plumbforce attended quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Great service and friendly/helpful engineer.

I’ve used Plumbforce twice recently and on both occasions Ethan Kenna has attended. Very impressed with the service. Ethan is very helpful and went the extra mile on his first visit to install my dishwasher. Head office and Ethan were also very proactive in communicating and following up after work was completed. Great service and would recommend Plumbforce.

Phoebe Brooks attended my property on 7th February for our annual boiler check and we were recommended to replace it due to a carbon monoxide leak. She was friendly, professional and explained the issue in a very simple way that was easy to understand. She also explained every part of what we had to do moving forward, which was very helpful to have it explained so transparently.
I contacted Michelle, who deals with the boiler quotes who was lovely to talk to. It's nice to have a laugh with someone in the age of robots and automated messages. Her customer service was fantastic, and I appreciated that she took time to understand my personal and financial situation.
Unfortunately, we did not end up using Plumbforce as we found a cheaper quote through our energy provider but my wife and I were happy with the service provided.

Stewart attended my house and was professional and courteous at all times. He did a very good job and cleared up after himself. Very plesed

Had a Mr: Sean smith come from hedge end to price a job, to fix and replace bathroom taps,
all booked to be done, explained what needed doing a big job but was accurate brief and clear.

Ethan Kenna did some work on my boiler and heating system last year. He is friendly and polite, works cleanly and efficiently. I had no hesitation in having him back to do the service and checks.
Also great communication from the company keeping you up to date on arrival times.
Highly recommend Plumbforce.

Boiler Servicing.
Adam Patterson today provided an efficient servicing job on my gas- fired boiler. Arriving on time and completing the work in good time without any problems. I wouldn’t hesitate to use PlumbForce again.

Phil was polite, friendly and efficient. He fixed the problem with the fire very quickly, put in the new ceramic coals and then checked the cooker, boiler and the gas supply to make sure that there were no leaks anywhere and left everything clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend.

Friendly and competent experience, Steve & Harry did an excellent job,good timekeeping ,clean and tidy,kept in touch with everything that was done ,outside water leak leading under floorboards,4 new taps,new boiler and flew pipes fitted.
