The engineer arrived on time. He kept me informed the whole time. He showed me pictures of the job that had been completed.
This company is excellent in all ways from the ladies in the office who are cheerful and knowledgeable to the engineer who does the work.

4 November 2025. Ryan Holmes from Plumbgas fixed our leaking hot water pipe in the garage ceiling and flushed out two radiators in the living room. He was very professional and informative and did a very good job. I would definitely recommend this company.

Whenever their services are required they respond quickly and efficiently. Very professional company.

Niall came out to fit our New Shower and remove our old Electric Shower.
What a "Top Bloke".
Could not of been more friendly and professional.
He is a Major Credit to the company.

George came to service our boiler, very helpful and professional service. tested all our Carbon Monoxide meters and provided advice about another plumbing issue. Will definitely use this company again.

We booked a gas boiler and cylinder service. The engineer turned up early, and wore shoe covers without asking. The service was completed in a friendly and professional manner, with the engineer advising us what work had been completed and there were no issues.
The paperwork and invoice were immediately received by email, which was all in order.
Would fully recommend Plumbgas.

PlumbGas are proving to be one of the best trades I’ve used for a long time. Initially commissioned for work on my commercial property, they impressed with their skill, courtesy, timekeeping and affordability to such an extent that I’ve since used them at home and on another family property. Have now built up a good rapport with engineers Chris, Ryan, Lewis and George as well as Libby and Suzie in the office, and am happy to thank and recommend each and every one of them.

First time we have used Plumbgas to service our gas boiler. George was pleasant, he was efficient and explained all that he had done. The invoice and report arrived promptly with different ways to pay and the report was comprehensive. Luckily nothing was wrong. I would definitely recommend Plumbgas, the young lady who booked the appointment and the engineer who did the job were first class.

Very accommodating to our needs. We live in a barn conversion so they wanted to keep it in keeping with the property. On the end of the phone if needed a reasonable price. Would recommend.

Very happy with a professional installation of a new 150l unvented cylinder. Neat and tidy and fast! They also procured and installed a new shower system in my bathroom very quickly. All the Plumbgas technicians were great and the admin and quotation systems excellent. Thoroughly recommended.

Communication was excellent arrived on time carried out service no fuss with a friendly approach.

Niall arrived on time to change the radiator in the bathroom,he started by draining the system to enable him to remove the old radiator and fit new one after which he topped the system back up and checked everything was working fine.Everywhere was left clean and tidy.We have used Plumbgas over many years and would certainly recommend them.

It was so hard to find a plumber so I was very happy to use Plumbgas Services and I have used them a few times now. They are well organised, turn up when they say they will and then do a really good job for a fair price. I’ve had a new expansion tank fitted, an inline water conditioner and a leak sorted. They are definitely my go-to plumbing service now.

I was matched up with Jon and PlumbGas by Heat Geek to install our Air Source Heat Pump.
Jon's Heat Geek training shows through. Jon came to do the heat loss survey and talk me through all the work needed to upgrade our home heating. He was very helpful through the whole process, answering loads of questions, in the weeks and months leading up to the installation.
The week of the install the PlumbGas team were fantastic, clean, tidy, very efficient and worked well together. It was a pleasure having them in the house!
They come highly recommended!
