I cried when I saw the video that was created. It is truly magical and amazing!! I can't wait for my granddaughter's upcoming birthday to see her reaction :) The purchase and receival process was super easy and delivered with speed. Thank you so much. Will definitely share this site with family and friends.

The video was good but they didn’t say my daughter’s name correctly despite me writing the phonetic version AND sending an audio of how to pronounce it. Instead all they did was speed the video up. At first, the customer service person was responsive and I thought we would get a good video. But after 3 versions of wrong names, they stop responding. In one video Rumi said her name wrong but the guy character said it correctly. So when I asked can they edit it so that Rumi sounds like the guy character, they ignored me. I have 3 of the same videos in different speeds with all wrong names. I even offered them the idea of using a nickname, again ignored! And it sucks cause my daughter really liked K-pop demon hunters. So off to my IG page with 3.9M followers to share my experience…..

UPDATE: after my review, not only did Lina reach out with a sincere apology for my experience, the team also went over the video again and guess what, IT CAME OUT PERFECT!! My daughter loves it! Thank you Lina!!
