It was way above and beyond my expectations. Chester had passed away not even 2 weeks prior to this and I got the plush literally within 2 weeks. It's been so nice to have. I had him for 14 years so looking over and not seeing him and now being able to see a version of him has been such a comfort. Everyone says it looks just like him, so lifelike. Thank you all so much truly. The team is very helpful and responds quickly. HIGHLY recommend.

My Mom is 84 and Dolly, her Pekingese passed. Mom is not really able to care for a puppy at this time. I was hoping she would like like this stuffed animal as a little love object. She cried and laughed when received. Mom has Dolly sitting on her bed and says. "I Love Her". Thank you for making my Mama happy.

The services kept in contact with me, and allowed creative decisions. Such a beautiful thing to help people and give them peace of mind.

I had a plush pet made for my daughter who lost her cat at 4 months of age. The first pictures they sent didn't exactly represent how the cat looked and they went back and fixed the issues I had and the end product was awesome. My daughter loves it and is amazed at how life-like he is.

I’m very happy with my purchase from plush a pet. They had every detail from how chunky my dog is to his white paws and spots! They also said processing and shipping takes 2-3 weeks and that’s how long it took! They sent me pics of him when he was done, before they shipped him. They also messaged me with questions to make sure they got him exactly how i wanted him! They were quick to respond and very helpful with all my questions! He’s more of a decor piece than something to cuddle with, but I was made aware of that prior to placing my order, and he’s just as awesome that way!

We lost our old dog, and my daughter was grieving. She asked for a stuffy of him, and they could not have done a better job! It’s perfect.

Plush-A-Pet worked with my reference pictures to re create my shih-tzu in plush form. Their attention to detail is outstanding and they were able to replicate the pink in his face and his two different colored eyes. The final toy is very well made and very true to the breeds appearance.

Face was a little off and was a bit of a creepy/sad look, but the spots and body were... SPOT on.

Was also surprised how it wasn't cuddle-able, it was stiff like a stuffed animal on display.

I purchased a pillow after I lost my pet and couldn't have been happier with the image and the quality. It's almost like having him back with me and he fits perfectly in my arms each night. The material is silky soft and the size is perfect. I couldn't recommend this more!

They worked with me before and during my order to make sure I was updated on every step. Had a super quick turn around time. It was so cute and packaged nicely. This is going to be the best gift of our Christmas.

The process was great. They asked some questions and for some pictures to make sure they can capture as much detail of our dog. They even put the little patch on the back of his neck that I failed to mention. Our dog had mismatched socks that we loved and they kept it that way. My wife and I were both happy to see the finished product. I would definitely buy from them again.

We purchased the Plush-A-Pet for our Autistic teen as a sensory aid. An additional challenge was we requested a clone of a rare breed dog. The result was amazing! Our teen has the Plush-A-Pet in bed, next to them when studying and gives it to others when they feel they need destressing. The postage was super quick to Australia, the quality is superb with no concerns for young children. It was claimable on the NDIS as a sensory aid too! 100% recommend.

They make high quality look-a-like plushes of your pet. When I received my Plush-a-pet it exceeded all my expectations! It looked just like my dog, it was soft and it even had a little label on it with the name of my dog. The communication and service with Plush-a-pet was excellent!
