I initially had a small problem with the website, but on contacting the company I was able to speak to a real person—refreshingly helpful and thoroughly delightful—who resolved the matter immediately. My order arrived the next day, and they were also the most competitively priced supplier of bird food I could find. All in all, an excellent experience; it is reassuring to encounter a company that still understands the value of good service.

This company is just great, before using these I always used pets at home and they let me down every time with delivery dates and changing deliveries! I have purchased from plus pets many times now and they just have the best service! deliveries are always on the day they say. Also they have great prices! And very good customer service. 10/10 would definitely recommend.
