Ordered a floor for my van, but I miss read the shipping details, a fault of my own and they could not ship the floor to my location. They still tried to get a courier to ship it but were unable to, which is understandable due to the location. I emailed them after working hours to ask for a refund and got a response with in 15 minutes, they processed the refund the same day and the money was back in my account a few days later. This situation was no fault of their own, yet they still apologised and sorted it out immediately, excellent customer service.

I ordered the wrong floor for my van and got in contact with Joe who was super helpful with organising collection of the old order and delivery the correct one. Thanks again for the help. Highly recommended with great customer support.

Best ply lining company around, I ordered a Sprinter kit and it was exceptionally good, cuts were clean and it came within a week.

I had a bit of an issue with a wrong order I made, but the way it was handled really impressed me. As soon as I got in touch, they were quick to respond and got everything sorted without any fuss.

They arranged the correct replacement straight away and made sure everything was spot on .It was all dealt with quickly and professionally, which I really appreciated.

Mistakes happen, but it’s how a company puts things right that matters — and they absolutely did. I’d happily recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.Thanks Joe for my linings

Poor service.they do not keep up with the market vans change they advertise ply kits fit all models all years.
Dont fall.for there website do ypur homework before you make the purchase.
Yoir better off gping to a company that knows there stuff rather than plycraft

Nice business to deal with – the type where the guy that answers the phone actually does the work and knows his products. Not many of these owner managed firms left now, we ordered the wrong product so I called them and they could not have been more helpful, making me the one I needed in an hour and taking back the wrong one. 5 Stars.

I purchased a ply floor for my Ford Transit but unfortunately I had selected the wrong size.
Plycraft were very helpful in arranging prompt collection and sending a replacement kit in the correct size.
The flooring was excellent quality and fitted well - I would definitely recommend buying from this company - A++

I bought a kit for my mercedes Sprinter and it fitted like a dream, but no screws provided.

I bought a ply lining for my VW, it arrived within a week, quality and service were excellent.

Contacted plycraft.uk to discuss what kit I would need to order for my van, which I then ordered. When my order arrived it was not the correct kit for my van.
Upon speaking to them I was initially told they were sorry for mistake and would send correct one. This did not happen so I contacted them again and was basically shouted at and told it was my fault. Very unprofessional and unpleasant. In the end I had to go through my credit card to get a refund. I can not recommend this company.
