Fabian recently arranged a new mortgage for us. He made the process straightforward and pain-free. He was extremely efficient and responsive and completed the application very quickly, as we were under time pressures. I’m grateful for his patience and guidance and would highly recommend him.

We recently used P&M to arrange our mortgage and worked with Fabian, who was excellent throughout the entire process. He made what could have been a stressful experience feel straightforward and manageable.

After having such a positive experience using P&M in 2019, when it came time to move in 2024, we went straight back to Prabs at P&M. He again took time to explain in depth all of our available options and helped us understand things we hadn’t even thought of. Prabs made the whole experience stress free and was very generous with his time for any queries/follow up questions. Will use again when the time comes.

Have had Prabs as my advisor for a while now and has always guided me in the best direction and taking onboard my future plans to then build the mortgage around that, always very thorough in finding the best deals at the current time. Very easy to talk to and covers all basis making your secure and happy going forward with things financially.
