Timing was good for deep thinking before picking most suitable response(s) from the list of options.

Easy to arrange my test and set up my workspace by taking photos. Instructions were clear. I feel that the first 10 minute break was way too early - only after a few questions. It’s a long test and the breaks should be spaced out better.

Resources provided helped me pass my exam on the first try. The application instructions were very clear.

Excellent and informative content. The process was clear and they provided me with direction and all the necessary resources to earn my certificate.

The test bounced around in with the new scenarios- giving one scenario and a few questions, then another scenario and a couple questions, the back to the first scenario, and after 10 questions (like 10 min into a four hour test) it forced the first break! Absurd. I was falling asleep by the end of the test. I even got an additional scenario based question well later on in the testing window. And there’s no way to track where you are in your break time while at a testing center.

There needs to be an improvement in terms of access to reach out to PMI for any inquiries related to PMP exam.
Also, there was not a lot of information available regarding what syllabus changes are happening in PMP exam and any free resources to prepare for that.

The PMP boot camp was very good. Lots of good information was taught. The actual test was a bit challenging, and very long. I'm happy I passed 1st try!

The requirements at the testing center were a bit over the top. I could not even bring in my hair clip. They had more security there then in a government building.

The initial written portion of the application doesn’t actually specify what is required. It is very vague and leaves a lot open to interpretation. The instructions provided AFTER the first review were clear - just use those.

PMP exam is not easy to pass, it requires lot of study and practical experienced .The exam carefully designed with practical scenarios based examples.

I have found the website to be particularly beneficial, especially while studying for my PMP certification. I would recommend PMI for anyone looking to get their PMP or similar certification.

The application process was very straightforward, though having an example on how to structure the experience portion would be helpful.

The main area that actually reduced the rating by a star is because of the structure of the breaks within the exam. I was very much appreciative of the breaks as they were needed however the first break being at the 10 question mark felt like a waste and wasn't actually taken. The first break could have been at 20 or even 30 questions as to reduce the rigor and strain of completing 85 question blocks after the first break at 10.

Great resources available, new experience on horizon.

Getting my PMP through PMI was easy to navigate and an overall wonderful experience. I learned a lot and felt like I had a one-stop-shop for the resources I needed. I will recommend PMI and continue to use them for my PDUs in the future!

The study hall I signed up for really helped me study and prepare for the exam. The mini exams I took gave reasoning why the other answers were not the best and helped me focus on what PMI wanted me to learn instead of how I tend to manage my current projects.

The 35 hour course was well run and covered the basic ideas needed to pass the PMP. The practice tests were also important to do. I think because it took me a long time I straddled different versions of study hall and I preferred the older version. The study hall that I subscribed to into June was not IOS friendly and even on the computer was cumbersome. Also the timing to switch for the content for the July 2026 test was unfortunate for me.

It was horrible, the Procter was exceptional rude. Just before the exam as she was checking my space and wanted me to remove and shut off the tv, instead I proposed to turn on and off the tv as the cord for the tv was impossible to reach. In addition, I did not appreciate my first break was 15 minutes into the exam after completing the first short part of the exam. Somewhere in the beginning of the second part I got ejected from the exam without notice and no call backs, this was extremely distressing as it seemed the procter did not pay attention that a examinee was missing for almost 10 minutes. Another issue I faced was since the first break happened 15 minutes in, I was forced to try to quickly go through the second part of the exam since I needed to use the washroom. When asking the proctor how far along I needed to complete the second part (ie how many questions are left), she was extremely rude and dismissive and saying "I should have gone on my first break- this happened at least 45 minutes into the second exam and they also did not allow me to use the restroom in an emergency which resulted in me peeing on the spot.
