Took months for them to send samples. Then they ghosted, reappearing on occasion, claiming e-mails were caught in a spam filter. But then Mark didn't even respond to texts. He only replied immediately when I mentioned I was going to leave my Trustpilot review. He asked to have a phone discussion, but then never returned that call. Doesn't seem as though they care, which is a shame, because the product seems high quality. Sorry it didn't pan out, but I found a different, excellent vendor who wanted our business.

I recently worked with PocketMaps on a printed piece for a large event, and it truly felt like working with a partner rather than just a vendor.

The first thing that impressed me was their website, with downloadable templates in various file formats and interactive examples to help you determine which book size to choose. Not only did it give me confidence that my files would be perfectly spec’d, but it also gave me confidence that I was dealing with an experienced company - one that knows what customers need to ensure a successful outcome.

But what impressed me even more was Mark’s response to my initial request. He not only gave me a clear pricing answer but also let me know I could email or call him directly with any questions. That level of personal attention was so refreshing in a world where you are usually forced to deal with forms and chatbots and cannot get to a real person! I did, in fact, need to reach out several times during the design/build process with questions and every time Mark was there with a quick answer.

I’m grateful to Mark and the team at PocketMaps for providing the guidance and tools to help me design a beautiful product for our attendees. Everyone I spoke to at the event loved the foldable design and appreciated the convenience of keeping information in their pocket for handy reference.

I would 100% work with PocketMaps again in the future!

I'm fairly sure this company doesn't exist anymore. I've tried to reach out in the following ways in the past 2 months:

calls
emails
filling out forms on website

We're a legitimate company asking for 2-3000 printed maps. Another company I contacted via email returned my inquiry with a phone call in under 2 hours.

I'd skip these guys - they don't seem reliable

The customer service was amazing. Mark worked very closely with me and my company to help us meet a tight deadline.

I was originally working with a designer, but the outcome was not aligned and they were slow to respond - I will say, they did meet the ultimate design deadline though.

Overall, I am very pleased with the outcome. The final product looks amazing and is very high quality. I would recommend using Pocket Maps for your next even as a fun marketing material. Pocket Maps helped our brand really shine at a conference.

Team communication and customer service was overall fantastic and the end product is absolutely gorgeous and top quality.

The wide range of formats, sizes, and options provided us with the ideal canvas on which to present our unique trail. The high quality printing allowed for a fine level of detail, the rugged covers make it a piece that will last, and the pocket size is so convenient that people can't resist taking one. Sure, it cost more than the 3-fold brochure it's replacing, but we're looking at it as an investment that will result in increased membership in our organization.

Very responsive to questions, easy to work with as a university and great prices. Final product is excellent.
