Hello Jenny,

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We have dialled back our Yodel service but 24 miles each way means that it should still be available to you.

Please complete the Recycle Checker again. When you see the map and the list of supermarkets, zoom in as far as possible. The link to Yodel should then be available to you.

If you still cannot see Yodel, please contact our customer service team https://podback.org/contact-us

We appreciate you have taken the time to leave us a review, we know removing the Yodel drop-off point has made things harder for some people, and we're genuinely sorry it's affected you this way. The decision wasn’t taken lightly — it came off the back of lots of negative feedback about issues with Yodel collections, but we realise that doesn’t make it any less frustrating when your nearest option now feels too far away. We're working with our partners to make it more accessible where we can.

We appreciate that you spent the time to leave us a good review. You can get bags direct from us free of charge. All you have to do is create a Podback account on our website. Complete the Recycle Checker to view our interactive map. Click on your nearest supermarket and there will be a link to create an account.

Sorry to hear you're disappointed about the Yodel drop-off service ending for Tassimo pods. We made the change after a lot of feedback from people who had issues with it, and after thinking carefully about how to handle tricky-to-recycle materials. We know it might not work for everyone and get that it’s frustrating if there's no easy drop-off nearby. We're working with our partners to make it more accessible where we can.
