Thank you for taking the time to update your review, that's a generous thing to do and we don't take it for granted. The delay at customs was a situation we simply had to make right, and I'm glad we could. Shipping worldwide from Ukraine comes with challenges we can't always control, but how we treat people when something goes wrong is fully within our control, and that's the standard we hold ourselves to.
