I bought 2 sweatshirts from Poetchic.com on 10/01/25. I have never received a tracking # from them and have tried to contact service from the recommended service address but this does not work!! I had to stop payment and reverse charges on my credit card to stop this nonsense! According to TrustPilot, this website is not trustworthy so do not buy from them!!!

Clothing quality is just awful, the jacket I received looked nothing like the photo on the website. Material is totally different, colour isn’t the same and the fabric is really thin and not chord at all.

Total rubbish don’t waste your money and not a chance of getting a refund either!

Nice photos to earn your purchase. One month later you receive junk. Embroidery is substandard as is the cap. What a way to get duped out of $50.00. I wished I had read these reviews first.

I ordered what was supposed to be a suede "vintage" jacket with leather trim - that what the picture and description showed.
What I got was a very lightweight cotton imitation suede and plastic "leather" jacket with poor finishing - buttonholes simply cut through the fabric.
Avoid poetchic and cozyuk who seem to be selling same product.

COMPLETE FRAUD… their products are trash. Cheap, poorly, made and deceptively advertised. This is a criminal enterprise… do not buy anything from them!

Ordered a ‘leather and suede’ jacket after seeing a very good ad. Waited about 5 weeks for delivery and it was absolute ‘shite’ no leather, no suede but 95% polyester!!!!
I wish I had checked the reviews, this company is like so many on line now and they get away with it.
I must remember - check reviews and if it seems to good to be true, it almost certainly is.

This company claims to be made in usa, but is actually out of China. Been waiting over 2 weeks for my cap and it still says it's in China!

Truly awful quality product. I ordered a jacket/fleece combo, looked great in the adverts but in the flesh has all the quality of the cheapest fancy dress costume you can imagine! I’m chalking this one up to experience, and honestly fell about laughing when I opened the package, it is so bad. Appreciate for some this could be an expensive mistake and not so funny and (based on other reviews read) be exasperating if not impossible to get a refund for. Wish I had read the reviews before parting with my money - but would have missed out on a good laugh. Buyer beware!

Ordered a coat 5 days ago which looks lovely but I have not received any tracking yet and they have not responded to my query. Wish I had read the reviews!!

Shirt I ordered was XL. When it arrived, it was marked XL but was equivalent to an American medium. I contacted the store to return and was told I would have to pay shipping. Along with this, they continually attempted to discourage e from returning the shirt. Poor product and poor service.

I bought 2 dresses and a cap from this place. The dresses we nothing like the pictures, and the cap was a youth size not adult. It barely went over my head, and fit to small. The dresses were from very cheap materials. I could have gotten better dresses at Walmart. I have sent in 3 requests for a return label or RMA. I finally received an email asking for photos of my product. However, photos have nothing to do with me wanting to return my product. In the email they never addressed a RMA, nor a return label.

Items did not match descriptions and pictures. When order was received the sizes were incorrect and the materials were of poor quality. I have requested a return/ refund three times with no response.

Do not order anything from this company!!!

Poor quality and different to what was shown

I have written to this company twice….no response. I had bought a supposedly calfskin cross body bag, for a start is is plastic, plus at least three of the advertised features are missing. Not a happy customer. Unfortunately, there is nowhere to review their products on their site.

I ordered the 250th anniversary ball cap based on the picture of a nice twill style cloth design. After having to pester customer service after about two weeks, I finally got my hat. How disappointing, it’s a cheesy nylon type material that’s resembles nothing what was pictured in the add. When I asked for a refund, they said I would have e to cover cost back to China and there would be a 20% restocking fee. This is a lousy disingenuous company and you should not order from them.

I purchased a United States 1776 to 2026 50th anniversary hat. I looked at the picture. I like the hat so I ordered it when I received the hat. It was a completely different hat than what I ordered and they just did nothing. They said I have to pay for a return and then never got back to me. Unbelievable. The worst service I've ever seen. I wouldn't buy anything from them again.

I bought hat and according to their website it stated it that product are made in USA which is false.
2 days later I see my credit card bill and it shows Hong Kong I call my bank to put a charge back .
They are a scam !beaware

I was scrolling on my Fox News app and an ad came up for the 250th anniversary of America and they had a nice looking hat on there I ordered it and paid $37.68 I was unaware that the Hat was coming from China water insult for a $250th anniversary hat for America being made in China with cheap material had didn't even look like the picture that they were advertising. Having a hard time getting my money back to mail it back to China it cost $20 for a little package that weighs nothing. I refuse their first offer for 50% off and I keep the Hat. Please send me return label they email me back and offered me 40% off and explain that it will cost $20 to mail it back then they give some crazy address to mail it back to China so I go to the Post Office to see for myself sure enough just mail it back to China it cost $20 what a shame looks like I'm not getting my money back but I did put it on my American Express so hopefully they'll take care of me and also calling PayPal to complain what a big rip off

The shirts we bought were poor quality, no labeling for care/washing.
Promise of free returns is not honored, emailed back ‘do not return items’ offered a paltry amount of money and never sent a thing back
