I've utilized Poetry.com in the past with "publications" on their platform and had poems in a few books. (Even though I paid for them). I was able to share and have my work read with people who also share the passion. I plan to continue to use them. Good people and company.

No fee to enter. Great judges. Allow many topics. Honest.

*My Take*
The Poetry.com is doing pretty well by being consistent with the collection of people's works, reviewing them and picking the best out of many. This singular act has challenged many to improve on their writing skills. That's on the positive side.
What I observe on the contrary is that, the company has given attention to those who are able to register with money and those without money barely stand a chance. There should be a section for those who don't have. They should also be encouraged through little motivation.

The site is user friendly and allows you to publish your writings without any hussle.It also connects you to different readers and writers which is a great plus point.

I love poetry.com.
The opportunity to be able to submit and actually have others read is huge.

Overall I like the site and monthly contest. Poetry has become somewhat irrelevant to many people who much prefer a quick meme, screenshot etc. However when I even get some feedback for my work I appreciate that it is being read and inspiring thought or comments. Like some other users have suggested tho given the hard work most of us put into our writing I think it merits higher cash prizes

Poetry.com has been very sociable, I've made friends easily and the support team is very good. Editing features for poem entry and navigability overall for the site continue to improve. So far the site has been the most user friendly of any I've encountered. I'm very happy.

i liked that they provided a great platform for sharing poems , and one that is exclusively for poets and publishing poems.
i didnt like that we have to pay to enter a contest, eventhough we can publish poems nevertheless.

Wonderful place to display and encourage upcoming poets to be a part of a community and amongst peers who appreciate their work.

Poetry.com is a very well run organization for poets interested in sharing their poems with other poets in monthly poetry contests. I am very grateful for what they do and have had excellent experiences with this organization.

The ideas that flow from the poetry is inspiring and I enjoy spending my leaser time catching up on poetry for ideas

This experience is great because I put my poems where I would want them to be published. Not only to have it out into the world but to make my own book using my poems speaking from experience.

I’ve been writing since I was in high school, and I was going to major in creative writing in college. But plans changed and I went years without writing. About a year or so ago, I discovered a few poetry sites that allowed me to get my poems to the public. This was actually the first site I found, and it has been a joy sharing my poems with the poetry community! I love reading other people’s work, and getting back feedback on my own. This has truly been a very positive experience, and I encourage anyone who loves to write to join. Thank you for letting me be apart of this loving community.

It's a platform for beginners and professional poets... writting is a hobby but this will recognised you in front of public. Go for it
