Horrible company. I ordered 2 cards and a booster pack. Not only that the pack was resealed, the cards were damaged. Please no one buy from this.

Very disappointing experience dont do the mystery packs its a complete ripe off ive bought two mystery boxes to see and the second one got worse not happy stay away from this seller

My only complaints are that shipping took WAY TO LONG FOR WHAT I PAID FOR it took 3 weeks in transit to get to texas .

VIP box (TAG EDITION) was a complete scam. I got a $1 japanese card and a bent foil for $80... they hide reviews to lure in more people. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Cancelled my order
Claim it is due to fraud protocol, which given sounds like a load of crap (tried to pay with gift card but didn't factor exchange rate so it failed so then paid with master card), but I am welcome to order again but surprise everything I ordered is now out of stock. When I brought this up staff were rude over email and said I was not allowing them to give context, yet they didn't let me give context to why the initial order failed. I think they just oversold their stock and were looking for any reason to give orders the shaft. Do not buy from these people. Rude and dishonest.

So I was chosen as the Monthly winner for their contests didn't even win anything accept for a chance to win a bigger prize. And I had to do tasks like downloading other apps to even put my email and other information in! Absolutely no. Don't enter their contests or giveaways huge disappointment

Opened and reglued and sold. You can tell the corners gave out and when you open the booster pack it rips completely but the top stays intact, awful don’t do business with them.

I just sold a bunch of singles to there buylist great shop.they sent me my payout super quick. There customer service very helpful and quick response…..

I have filed a report with the BBB and they have choosen to ignore it. My next step will be contacting the FTC for deceptive business practices! I've been a customer for many years but not anymore. I've recently had products replaced with what they deem as a worthy replacement. I was never asked if I wanted a replacement for blister packs they didn't have in stock or choose a full refund. What they did instead was mail me five loose booster packs from a booster box they already opened packs from and once they hit the big chase cards they use those in replacement for a 3pk blister that includes a promo card and a coin. I collect sealed products and if I order a blister pack with a promo I expect that's what I'll get or I get my money back! I'm furious! I've sent several emails which have all gone ignored just as the complaint with the BBB was! Buyer beware you may not get what you paid for! As a consumer, I should have been given the choice of getting a full refund and that choice was taken from me. It also left me without the $300+ to go elsewhere for the blister packs with the promo cards.

I placed an order with them for a few products. Within 3 minutes, I emailed them asking to cancel when I discovered they wouldn't ship the item for months. They refused to cancel my order without keeping 10%. I begged them and they still refused. For a pre-order of stock they didn't even have. 3 minutes. No mercy was shown to me but they kept my money. Read their scummy return policy before you order with them.

Once a great place to visit both online and in person. Ruined by greed and poor customer service. Spent years and massive amount of money with the business before they were brick and mortar but in the past year to see how the owner treats customers makes me ashamed to have ever spent a dime with the business. I would avoid this place at all cost if you want customers service or to be respected as a customer you will have better chances with Walmart, Target, BestBuy or other LGS.

Paid a lot of money and got very basic graded cards. I guess it's a good business model to sell bad cards at an extremely high price, as long as you market correctly and hide your product.

I live in Canada so the shipping cost was high. I was ok with paying for it because because it was a product I couldn't get in Canada but when it got delivered there was a $100 fee upon delivery. Almost the same price of the product I bought. Will never order again.

Missing item in order, took too long to reply to emails, and shipping took much longer than what they had said. Half of my products also came with dents and damages to the packaging. Please be careful if buying from them.

Odds full of lies but still fun

The sad thing is they do alot of things right. Very great trade in options and fun products. HOWEVER I have bought SOOO many (around 25-30) of there mystery products that include a graded cards. ALL of them were just Japanese cards that they obviously have excess of. It states it can be english or japanese however also a chase of 1/10 charizards or 1/10 vintage. A sample size of 25 plus and all being low value japanese ultra rares makes it blantely obvious. You still get a decent value for what you pay on their products however its mainly $1-10 japanese graded cards that would be hard to sell/take a long time so they just unload them this way.

If they did not lie in the descriptions of their graded mystery products I wouldn't have anything to complain about however no one deserves a high rating for scamy business practices.

Amazing store! Ordered about 200$ worth of sealed stuff. All came perfectly packaged and within a week! Loved it!

Honestly anyone who complains they "didn't make their money back" is foolish. If you're buying sealed product then that can't be the companies fault. If you are buying a mystery product, it's exactly that a MYSTERY PRODUCT. You can't expect to make money on everything. Personally I've opened some products and pulled nothing. I have also received some products that were 3-4 times value I purchased them at. Keep up the great work, will continue to buy from here!
