If i could i would gave no stars at all, pokemon gadjet is not working, nk more pokestops , crashes , a billion compact and still thiw bad? To bad i gave them money, no help, no support, nothing, reject this crap game

My son and I are absolutely furious and devastated by Niantic’s complete disregard for their players! For days now, we have been endlessly trying to log into our old Pokémon GO account. We invested years of our lives, immense effort, and built a massive collection—thousands of Pokémon—that my child and I gathered together!

We have tried literally every possible login method: Google, Pokémon Trainer Club (PTC), and every linked service. Every single time, we get the same infuriating error: 'There is no account associated with this username.' Are you serious?! The account just vanished into thin air as if we never existed!

My child is heartbroken, and our years of hard-won progress have been completely wiped out. Support is useless, the login system is utterly broken, and the developers clearly do not care about loyal players who supported their game for years.

This isn't just a technical glitch; it's total negligence and disrespect towards your customers. Restore access to our account and fix your broken authentication system! Terrible service and a complete disappointment!

holiday and was banned for no reason just before the Global Fest, and customer support is deliberately ignoring me.

I’ve been playing for 10 years and it’s too embarrassing and humiliating – no player deserves to be treated like this.

Der Kundenservice ist unverschämt.
Erst soll man beim Spiel Dinge kaufen. Spielt man zu gut, unterstellen die einem Betrug.
Finden die keine treffenden Argumente, senden sie eine Nachricht, dass sie Kommentare der Spieler ignorieren. Sehr unprofessionell. Vor diesem Spiel kann man nur warnen. Wie nennt man das, wenn man investieren soll, damit Aufgaben gelöst werden können, um nach erfolgreicher Beendigung gesperrt zu werden? Das ist Betrug!

Ive played this game a lot. It's a bad game, I don't want it to be, but it is. It wastes your time in so many ways and frustrates like nothing else. Avoid it, play something better

Game is good, seem to be a lot of robo/spam accounts at the minute which ruins the game for everyone else, something better could be done there.

Also, same four pokemon appearing everywhere gets a bit tedious. Mixing it up would help the longevity of the game.

Game has become very glitch with errors that have been known about for years and never fixed. Good players are also being driven away from the game by bullies that chase you around to keep you from being in gyms. Issues reported to Noantic who just gave a response about taking the issues seriously, then doing nothing to resolve the problem. Avoid this ga.e unless you just want to be constantly frustrated.

Only frustration... houres of collecting, upgrading, raiding, evolving, and all the other stupid shit they ask...

Then when fighting PVP IS BROKEN (FOR YEARS)... just not worth investing ANY time in!!!

How easy is to use, and there always Pokemon around

Good game but be careful about in game purchases such as raid passes. If there is a glitch and you lose your raid that you paid for the raid pass to enter, they 50% of the time when you contact them send an automated response and won’t give you a replacement pass.

Great game, huge franchise! Everything for a positive result.
Yet playing the game i noticed quickly how badly its been made to rinse out there adoring consumers, lovers of pokemon and fans in general. 1 quid for easy pokeballs 😂👎 another quick cash grab to try and keep you engaged and hooked.

The battling is clearly not what the pokefans wouldve wanted also, turn based has always been a stamp of the franchise, but we were left with tapping frenzy’s and mechanics that no one enjoys.

Potential but clearly just in it for the doe.
Dissatisfied, if it ain’t broken don’t fix it.
