Ordered a Guzzlord figure from there over 2 years ago now and still nothing. No tracking info, no updates, no emails, and now the site doesn't even work anymore. Total rip off.

Do not waste money. no tracking or response. total scam

Preordered a statue on August 14 2023 with the expected release 3 months later. Never heard anything about it 2 years later I hear how the studio making the statue closed I tried to contact for a refund of my downpayment and I learn in order to get in contact with Jason the site owner you have to wait for him to go online on Facebook and then message him and hope he replies back. Yeah I am not wasting my time chasing down a man. Absolute scam.

This was a functional site until the owner Jason was in a "car accident." Then mysteriously vanished, stealing thousands of dollars in the process, leaving his customers helpless. He has stolen from me and countless others with this fraud. The worst site I have ever used in my life.

I pre-ordered an item and it never arrived despite receiving an email claiming I had.
Any email I've sent to try and resolve this has gone ignored. Complete scam.

No communication, order not received. PokemonSW - If you cannot process your orders, stop accepting them.

Scammer, DO NOT BUY HERE. Spent hundreds of dollars, emails enquiring about my order went ignored for months, I asked for a refund and was sent a facebook message saying I'd been refunded 3 months ago. No refund arrived. Facebook admins told me to just keep waiting. Emails have again been ignored. I checked with my bank and they can't help as it's been too long. The facebook admin has deleted the chats today.

DO NOT WAIT.

If you ever think of using Pokemon Lover or PokemonSW, DON’T!

Here’s why:

I Never Received Anything.

Yes, I actually bought a figure (quite expensive) on this website for one of my friend’s birthdays. I ordered it 2 months in advance to ensure I’d receive it on time, but it never came. Not a thing.

It’s Impossible to Track Your Orders.

The website of Pokemonsw is awful. You have no information about your order anywhere. I tried repeatedly to find out where my package was, the name of the carrier, anything really, but it’s just impossible. I’m starting to think the package wasn’t even sent in the first place.

You Have No One to Contact in Case of a Problem.

Considering I never received my order and had no way of tracking it, I tried several times to contact someone on the website, by email, and even through their Facebook page—nothing. I never received a single response.

This is probably one of the worst sites I’ve ever used, and if this message can at least save someone from the nightmare of going through their service, my order wouldn’t have been for nothing.
