Severe Terminal Desync Issue - Level 10 "Master" Account Ignored (UID: 130471092)

As a Level 10 VIP Master trader on Pocket Option with over 2,641 completed trades and a lifetime turnover exceeding 623,651,933 UZS, I am deeply disappointed by how the company handles technical anomalies for high-volume clients.

On June 28, 2026, my trading terminal suffered a severe visual chart freeze on the AED/CNY OTC asset. Due to this localized interface desynchronization, I entered consecutive high-volume positions based on a stale visual price, resulting in a massive loss of 120,000,000 UZS in under 2 minutes (Orders: 9c0d0f26-..., 57efa1de-..., 66c6403b-..., c2c4edcb-..., 65e6b727-...).

The internal support team hid behind automated server-side logs and flatly refused any form of goodwill compromise—even blocking a non-cash, loyalty-based request for Risk-Free trade codes. They do not value their top 1% elite partners. If you trade with large size, a simple screen freeze can wipe out your capital, and the support will give you generic copy-paste answers. Be highly cautious with this platform!

Beware, this is a fraudulent website run by scammers. Its owners are Syrians and Gulf nationals in the UAE. I assure you, they refuse withdrawals and make up excuses like "verification" before rejecting them and demanding unreasonable things.

Nu recomand deloc numele meu este Gurin Oleg nu ma ascund am investit în aceasta aplicație 600$ făcuseră deja vreo 3000$ și cind sai scot ai mei 600$ culmea zice ca pe cardu care am încărcat ei nu pot face transfer ca ma aflu în alta zona (posibil pe planeta MARTE ) după am făcut un portofel electronic webmoney am încercat sai scot acolo au așteptat 3 zile ( se gândeau probabil sa mii dea sau nu ) apoi iau întors bani în platforma lor adică în poketoption pe portofel nu ajunsese nimic deci concluzia ai bani dar nu te poți folosi de ei ,,,Toate recenziile lor sunt un Fals ei inventează persoane feik ca lumea sa creadă ca într-adevăr poți câștiga bani
