I ordered the Pokémon Cards on 6/3 it's 6/22 i still haven't received them,I don't even know if know if what i ordered what i'm going to get or what condition.

I did contact a few times by Email you had shipping listed for 6/11 originally then changed to 6/18 after i emailed and all i was told there was a problem with customs no reason why i'm sorry but i had a bad experiance for the amount of shipping i paid for/

what was the delay? Only thing i was told was a custom problem, Why did it take over a week to fix i only got told that was because i emailed you i'll end this with sometimes we have bad experiences' but your product was great well wrapped and got 2 ultra rares.

If an item and shipping paid for and gets delayed it's definitely our right to ask why and you should explain reason or you will continue to lose business.

I was so pleasantly surprised with how everything was handled. I really wanted to find a legitimate company to order Pokémon Gem Vol 2 pack from and this was a hit. Easy checkout process and shipping was SO fast. Shipping cost is high imo but it is coming from outside the US so I understand the pricing. With how quickly it got to me I am willing to overlook that factor. Packaging was in good condition and I loved that they kept me updated with my order / tracking progress was good (: will be ordering again!

Very fast and helpful responses to my questions. Seemed like pretty quick shipping. My initial impression was that they genuinely wanna get you your cards at reasonable prices. I just placed a second order with them. It’s nice to order from a business that feels like they are just pokemon fans helping out other pokemon fans.
