Firstly, the Polar Max is my favorite part of my health regimine! It works wonderfully and I'm excited to use it every other day. It's a great value and very sturdy. The only downside is the lack of detailed instructions for novices. The video is more marketing than anything, and the instructions provided inside the box are very vague. Plus ours came with the wrong fittings, which was very confusing. But June and Love in Customer Service were so responsive even on the weekend and are sending us the proper fittings with no delay. I really appreciate you, Polar Dive USA!

It started with my original order during their July 4th sale. I ordered the Polar Dive Pro and the chiller. It turned out that they oversold the Pro Model, so they sent me a complimentary Polar Pod to keep, along with the chiller.
A few weeks later they sent me the Pro model which I had originally ordred.
Honestly, I've had a couple of issues and the staff responded promptly and were committed to standing behind their products.
I can't say enough good things about my experience with this company and its products!
I am especially pleased with the Pro Model, not that I had any issues with the basic pod!

Hello, I purchased my Max tub and pro chiller in Aug. The outside temp is around 85 and it is under cover. The water temp doesn't go below 54 no matter what. The cover had a hole and so did the tub. I asked for a replacement and instead they sent me a patching kit from Amazon to fix the holes. I fixed the holes and 6 new holes have appeared. This is owning the tub for 3 weeks and not moving it or doing anything crazy with it. I have now asked them to take their product back and refund me. They are very good and not doing that and will do whatever they can to have you keep it and fix THEIR issues for them.

Affordable product that gets the job done. Great customer support as well when I was having an issue with my chiller.

I have my chiller/tub working and it’s awesome. When I set it up I was having some issues with the chiller. The communication was awesome both email and phone and when the troubleshooting stalled a bit Tyrell from the team called me directly and quickly determined the issue and walked me through fixing it quick while staying on the phone with me. ( just some air in the system). Man talk about great customer service! Thank you !!

My experience with Polar Dive USA was extremely disappointing and unfortunately matches many of the complaints I found from other customers. I experienced the same pattern of poor communication, problems with the product and difficulty getting a proper resolution. What made it worse was having to keep chasing them instead of getting a clear answer or solution.

After looking into the company further I found multiple BBB complaints and independent customer reports describing very similar problems including leaking tubs, defective chillers, missing or incorrect parts, delayed deliveries, replacement delays, refund problems and customers being passed back and forth through support. There are also complaints about return shipping and a 15% restocking fee, while Polar Dive's own current policies contain conditions that are easy to miss when compared with the broader refund and return claims.

I also found customers reporting that they were repeatedly asked to troubleshoot defective equipment before getting a replacement, while others said they waited weeks or months for refunds or replacements. These are not isolated concerns anymore.

There are certainly positive reviews and some customers clearly have had good experiences, so I cannot say everyone will have the same outcome. But based on my own experience and the number of similar complaints I found, I would be very cautious before spending money with Polar Dive USA. I would want every delivery promise, warranty condition, return cost and refund term confirmed in writing before placing an order.

I’ve enjoyed my Polar Dive so much that I’ve now purchased two of them. And, I have two other family members that have purchased one as well. The Polar Dive tub and chiller are so easy to set up and once it’s up and running there’s nothing to do but enjoy it. I’ve had the opportunity to work with Polar Dive’s customer service staff and can vouch that they are very professional, responsive and are driven to total customer satisfaction!

The Polar Dive team was so understanding and supportive handling my unique situation. As we worked through the problems, they offered nothing but positive support and feedback. At the end of the day I was very well taken care of and now back up and running. Thank you so much Polar Dive!

This product is clearly one of the best on the market, constantly featuring top in reviews. But what is not mentioned often is how good the customer service is. I had a couple of questions about the valves I received versus the ones in the set up video. I emailed late in the day, Julius immediately got back to me and explained what the difference was. Still, when I woke next morning there were some alternatives Amazon Primed and on my doorstep waiting for me. Nothing is too much trouble for these guys.

Not often do you find a quality product that lives up to its description, and even better yet, lives up to the Warranty as well. I'm so thankful for the team at Polar Dive; when my Cold Tub had an issue, they resolved it. No hassles, no excuses; they fixed my issue! Focused on resolving my problem in the fastest way possible, getting my Polar Tub operational ASAP. Great product, Fantastic Service. I highly recommend this product and the service team at Polar Dive.

Very easy instructions. And when I called just to be sure I was setting things up correctly, I got a call back within 10 minutes, and the support person walked me through my questions. I was set up within 5 minutes after that! I've been using it every day, 5 minutes at 55 degrees to get used to it. Even got my wife to take the plunge once or twice.

We had some difficulty with the initial setup of our Polar Dive cold plunge and Pro Chiller. The setup videos were helpful visually, but we felt they could have been a little more thorough and detailed, especially for troubleshooting some of the issues we ran into.

I probably would have given a lower rating based on the setup experience alone, but the customer service really made a difference. I called and left a voicemail, and we received a call back within 1–2 hours. Tyrell was extremely helpful, patient, and understanding. He walked us through troubleshooting, answered our questions, and offered helpful tips and alternatives to get everything sorted.

It was honestly the customer service and willingness to help that restored our confidence in the company. We really appreciated Tyrell's help and are looking forward to getting more use out of our cold plunge!

Purchased before July 4 2026. Got delivered mid-August as they changed the model (5 weeks delay). Leaks in inflatable plunge. week later, sent a patch. 2 more leaks developed. Promised to replace; 1 week later, no replacement was shipped.

Prompt response, terrible logistics /shipping.

Do not buy; avoid this vendor at all costs.

Some of the best customer service that I’ve ever experienced with a company. My chiller arrived broken because of negligence on part of the mail service. I sent pictures and got a prompt reply and everything was taken care of within 24 hours. The customer service rep named Love was phenomenal and had the best professional responses to help resolve the issue. The COO of the company even called to make sure that my needs were met and everything was taken care of. Top-notch, you will not regret spending your money with this company. The equipment is better than I expected.

Polar dive USA has the top of the line product. Easy set up. Super quite chiller can Hardly hear it running! Super happy with everything. Very good plumbing materials. Max the owner reached out to me directly asking about my experience and delivery, I gave the biggest thumbs up I could him and his team and told him we could never be happier! Thank you polar dive!

Bought the Max Tub and the new Pro Chiller. The Tub is very roomy and I’m 5’11” 210 lbs Plenty more space for bigger bodies. Pro Chiller has my water chilled to 38-40 degrees for my 4:45am wake up Plunges before work. The set up was very easy and did not take a whole lot of time. Worst part was waiting for initial chilling so I could get my first at home plunge under my belt! Highly recommended! Max at customer service is great!

Outstanding customer service.

Any time I have a question, the team worked with me through email and helped me troubleshoot the problem step by step. They were responsive, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed interested in getting everything working correctly.

I’ve really enjoyed having my Polar Dive, and knowing that the company stands behind the product with this level of customer support makes me even happier with my purchase.

I tell you the customer service alone from this place is worth going with. I made a comment on FB and Julius personally emailed me and explained the situation and gave me several options and then my chiller arrived and somewhere it had got damaged and it was the weekend and there again Julius was right on it. I dropped the old chiller at UPS and he’s already got my new one out and it’ll be here tomorrow. Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had dealing with customer service.

The cold plunge was so easy I could have had a 5 year old set it up. It runs at the temps displayed/advertised, I have mine set to 50 with a 5 degree range and purchased another thermometer that I run inside the plunge when I do it, and it reads the same temp as the unit displays. Works fantastic, both me and my wife use it daily, so its getting its share of use, and hasn't slowed down over the past 3 weeks of use. You cannot beat this product for the price point.

Still waiting on refund since April, The chiller would not work
