I needed my order expedited so I would receive in time for a photoshoot. I reached out via e-mail and Pole Active was very responsive and helpful. They were on top of it and got it to me in perfect timing!

I've been a student a Positive Spin for three years, and I have enjoyed and benefited from every class. When I started I had no previous experience in any dance or circus art, and after years of desk jobs I was not at all flexible -- and I was 58 years old. Since then I've made steady progress at pole, and the flexibility classes have made my everyday movements better and easier. Cart doesn't seem to save when logging in from different locations (i.e. adding to the cart while logged in on the computer and then trying to buy everything in that cart when logged in on the phone later.) Otherwise, a lovely shopping experience as always!

I purchased an E-gift card and the Pole Active website was very vague. I was not able to send the E-gift card to the person that it was supposed to go to, but rather I sent it to myself. All that it would have taken would have been a few extra words on the web site to say "Please enter the email address of the person to receive the E-gift card". Instead it just asked for an email address as part of the purchasing process. So I didn't know if I should be entering my email address for the purchase. I hate when web sites are unclear. I have forwarded the email that I received and hope that the person receiving it will be able to still use the E-gift card.
