I recently placed an order for 2 pairs of heels from their website and as advised in the description I inquired via email whether these would be available in their uk warehouse for quicker dispatch. A member of the team got back to me the following morning less than 12 hours later informing me that unfortunately they werenât, but as long as I placed my order by the Thursday at 3pm, they could be added into their next shipment from the US and dispatched for next day delivery as soon as they got them on the following Monday. As promised I got an email from Royal Mail today that theyâll be out for delivery tomorrow morning (Wednesday). So Iâll get them in less than a week from when I placed my order. I was even skeptical because I ended up placing my order only a few hours before 3pm on the Thursday. Very happy with the customer service I received so far and I will certainly keep buying my heels here going forward. Thank you!
