There is always plenty of things to see and find or anything that you specifically went there to purchase, it’s relaxing to walk around and shop as well as maybe visit the the cafe or restaurant. The staff have been and are always very helpful and friendly in all departments . I also like it as they have a really nice ladies fashion department there which I have purchased quite a few items of clothing from, and shoe department, we always leave with something we’ve purchased. They also have Koi fish in the pet department where we have purchased a few over the years for our own pond. We like it all very much.

The staff are always very helpful and friendly. The prices are good and everywhere always looks clean, added bonus of butchers, the farmhouse shop and not forgetting the seafood stall

We are lucky, Polhill is not too far from us, so we can pop up anytime. They have a huge range including pet, farm shop, butchers, clothes, shoes, toys, nick-nacks, and of course, a huge selection of plants & appropriate paraphernalia.

They have a large cafe/restaurant which we have never used, but the small cafe makes a fantastic latte & hot Cornish pasty, which we pretty much always have to sampleoften going up there just for that.

Price wise, living in Sevenoaks makes most of their prices seem very reasonable, and to be honest, there is a lot of stuff that is just not available anywhere else locally, so paying a little extra & getting it instantly makes it all worthwhile.

Staff without fault are helpful, welcoming, polite and cheerful always willing to go that extra ‘bit’.

There's plenty we want to look at in Polhill and we are particularly pleased that included are the various franchises like Pavers, Klass and Cotton Traders all of which have benefited by plenty of custom from myself and my wife over time

Excellent staff and always made to feel appreciated by everyone at Polhill as normal.
The staff in the food & drink outlets restaurant /coffee shop/ice cream station are especially welcoming and helpful - especially, the ladies in the coffee shop & ice cream bar (lady from Ireland I believe).
In conclusion Polhill is a fantastic place to visit and enjoy a trip to - well run & a great advert for excellent customer service.

Great selection of top quality plants, shrubs etc. Lots of gardening equipment, tools, fertilisers etc. Knowledgeable staff at hand to help and advise.

The plants look healthy and reasonable. The staff are knowledgeable and happy to give advice. Polhill us not just a garden centre and has many departments where you can see what you're buying, so much better than shopping on line.

Such a huge variety of things to buy. I recommend it highly for plants, food, butchers, clothing and shoes. All in one place. Great.

It has been my garden centre of chose for the last 25 yrs , Iv now moved to Monmouthshire but whenever I visit family I still visit polhill

Love the cafe and playground so our son can play whilst waiting for lunch. We always buy our vegetable plants in the spring and they grow brilliantly. A go to for all our gardening needs.

Christmas is great too especially for the little ones.

Polhill is great! Super butchers, farm shop, restaurant and plants - and lots more. A must to visit.

All the staff are so helpful and friendly every visit. So much choice - we go every week for the butchers, farm shop and garden centre. We regularly stop for a coffee and snack too. Always great offers.
