was really happy with the free videos on the youtube - all videos were really well explained and detailed, with great examples and analysis. Bought the 6hr webinar for global politics paper 3 and it did not disappoint - really concise knowledge and examples that covered everything i needed to know for every part of the specification. Thanks to Ollie who’s carrying so many people’s politics A levels

I cannot recommend Shea Williams highly enough. She is, without a doubt, the most impactful educator I have ever worked with.

Before I started sessions with her, I was struggling significantly with politics. I felt lost and overwhelmed. However, Shea has a rare gift for breaking down complex concepts into digestible, understandable pieces. She doesn’t just teach you the "how" but also the "why," which has completely transformed my understanding of the material.

What truly sets Shea apart is the incredible patience and kindness she brings to every lesson. No question ever feels silly, and she is always willing to re-explain things from a different angle until the lightbulb goes off. Because of this, I have grown so much more confident in my abilities.

Absolutely amazing resources, honestly made me feel so much more confident going into my 2026 A-Level exams. I would put emphasis on the politics explained flashcards, they give you everything you need to know and more, securing a good grade.

The essay plans are so helpful!! They are so detailed and the updated examples are so helpful and remove the added stress during exam season of trying to find examples. They've really helped to boost my grade.

Politics explained was literally the crutch of my a-level. Albeit more info than generally needed, ollie is able to equip you with the best possible examples and comprehensive knowledge needed for all three papers.

Best essay plans ever that you can adapt to any possible question that could come up. I’m so grateful to have found them before my exams. Also, very reliable with predictions.

I only used their free resources but they were incredibly useful, especially their practice papers which were very accurate! I would recommend them for edexcel politics! Thank you for being helpful!

Politics explained was unreal for Edexcel content, especially with up to date examples, and made revision much easier to structure compared to when I didn’t have their resources. Highly recommend using them and very thankful

I have just finished my final Politics exam (and final ever A Level exam) and I can honestly say that Politics Explained saved my A Level in Politics, pushing me up from an A/B to a high A* - I could not have done this without the essay plans and videos from Politics Explained. I recommend it to every Politics student it is such a vital resource. I am forever grateful to every person as Politics Explained, thank you so much!

Edit: I have just received my A Level results and got a high A* in politics. So amazing, better than most of schools content & lessons, brilliant YouTube channel aswell. I paid for some essay plans and notes but the free content alone is enough to get you an A*, so really accessible and useful resources, 10/10!

Ollie helped me so much during my Politics A level exam in 2025 last year, the webinars in the lead up to the exam were perfect and exactly what I needed his YouTube videos on topics such as exam structure also really helped. Some of the webinars day can be quite intensive but are SO USEFUL and definitely value for money, helping me go through a D in my A level mocks in January to getting a B in the summer.
