Really helped me cram before my A level Politics paper

Whilst studying A level Politics in Year 12 I was able to understand the content, but always struggled with memorising it and applying it in the exam setting. After using the politics explained youtube videos I decided to purchase the essay plans. These were so clear and contained incredible analysis and such niche examples that any examiner would be impressed with. I went onto achieving an A* in my recent Year 12 mock and credit a huge amount of this to the essay plans that were the best revision resource I have come across over all of my subjects. Oli and his team are also so friendly and respectful in their nature and absolutely brilliant!! I can't thank them enough. Definitely recommend purchasing these.

Highly recommend for any A-level Politics student! I booked on to the AQA Paper 1 and 2 Politics webinars. Both were excellent. There were hundreds of slides with conceptual focus, but, most significantly, hundreds of recent examples for essays. This contrasts with most textbooks, which are outdated having been published in 2020 or 2022. The webinars I did featured some focus on essay technique, but were mostly content based, specifically on key debates, which was very useful because it allowed me to plan answers to all likely 25 mark questions. I believe other webinars by Politics Explained also focus solely on essay technique. Oli was brilliant at presenting - his explanation was clear and his energy was really impressive throughout both days, which started at 9.00 and ended around 5.30.

Each webinar goes through all of the essential knowledge, and more than I've been taught in lessons at school! The A* essay plans, examples, and paragraph WAGOLLS are so helpful in showing you how to use knowledge in the exam. Really recommended! Politics explained helps break down content and most importantly gave me a wide variety for essay plans which helped me cover content and understand how to apply it. I've also attended two revision webinars which are amazing in covering content that I was unsure on. Politics explained also gives an amazing variety of examples which have been crucial in getting me higher marks.

The webinars and the essays plans are so helpful! Learning from home can be hard but these have helped to support my learning and catch me up on content I may have missed. The webinars are super thorough and go through each topic in lots of detail as well as helping you learn how to approach essays. There are so many examples to go alongside the knowledge and content as well. Thank you Oli.
