Beste Wim,
Spijtig om te lezen dat u niet tevreden bent. Ik zie dat u inderdaad snel na de eerste bestelling contact met ons hebt opgenomen per e-mail. Op het moment dat de e-mail door mijn collega werd behandeld, waren beide bestellingen al ingepakt en klaargezet voor verzending. Op dat moment kunnen wij helaas geen wijzigingen meer doorvoeren in de bestellingen. Ik hoop dat u daar begrip voor heeft.
Spijtig dat u ons niet direct heeft gebeld, dan hadden wij de producten uiteraard graag toegevoegd aan de bestelling, zodat u geen dubbele verzendkosten hoefde te betalen.
Ik begrijp uw frustratie en als blijk van service kom ik u graag tegemoet door de extra verzendkosten te crediteren. Wij nemen hier per e-mail contact met u over op.
