Horrible Customer Service told me that it wasn’t their problem their shipping provider lost my package. Sent my package with a terrible provider and they lost it! I don’t trust this company or their delivery service. Do not buy from them unless you want your money to be taken with zero accommodation for anything.

I received a broken item. It was a plastic object full of liquid and they sent it in a bag which was irresponsible packaging. The bag it arrived in was already full of holes and leaking fluid even before I opened it to see the massive break in the side. I reached out and requested a refund and they tried to force me to bring this damaged, dripping package back to UPS to get a replacement. They have taken no accountability for the damage.

Ordered two shirts 3xl received shirts so small I couldn't fit them over my head when I requested to return they advised all sales are final and pretty much told me too bad awful company

Quality was not up to par for the price. Graphics are low quality and look like cheap iron ons from Walmart. Extremely disappointed in this and no refunds? Kinda scammy.

I love Berserk but the quality of the hoodie I bought does not match the price. It is very thin, more like a long sleeve shirt with a hood. The resolution of the graphic on the back is poor. The sleeves are too short. I would not have purchased it if I had the chance to see it in person first.

I ordered a shirt that was supposed to be "off white" and in the image is clearly that color. But when I actually got the shirt it was a dark grey which made the print on the shirt hard to see. I don't know about other products but if they can't be consistent with the color they promise I don't recommend.

Buyers beware! The quality is worse than SheIn. The sizing is a joke. The sizes are more for toddlers than adults. Should of read the reviews before making a purchase. I don't recommend buying any shorts from this company unless it's for your 2 yr old.

HORRIBLE company. Scammed me totally after I contacted them atleast 3 times where they told me UniUni couldn't deliver my package and made me go on their site which doesn't work at all. After that they totally drop me after I sent another follow up email last month or so asking for a refund to no avail. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE

I received the wrong size as well as it being dirty. They have me a UPS tag so that I could send it back to them for replacement. I contacted them again when I sent the return back. They claimed that: 1. The ticket was closed and they couldn't do anything about it. 2. The return would not be accepted by the shipper or their return department. I have confirmation from UPS that the return was delivered to them but they will not respond to my emails any longer and will neither return my money not replace the product that they said they would. Don't buy anything from this company. Beyond the terrible customer service, the clothing was very poorly made and not worth the price I paid for it.
