I recently purchased these shoes for my 2-year-old, and they have been amazing! They are well-made, durable, and easy to put on and take off.
I chose them in the first place because of the flexible sole and it was exactly what I expected, perfect for kids who are still developing their feet muscles.
The sizing was a bit off but I am impressed with the customer care - they send another pair without me taking the time to resend the original one.

Excellent quality! My baby loves her pompons shoes. They are very comfy, and perfect for feet that are still growing.
They have a great policy for returns, since they will send me a new pair , because the size doesn't match, and i don't need to send back the first ones i ordered.

The shoes are well made and look very nice. The ones that I bought are too big so I will be returning for a smaller size.

The shoes look exactly like the pictures and are very good quality. The customer service is also excellent, they offer a size guarantee if the shoes don‘t fit, you‘ll get the right size for free. I can definitely recommend Pompons and I will order again in the future 😊

The shoes are absolutely adorable! Unfortunately, they are all too big, but the company is going to send us a different size thanks to their size fit guarantee.

They have an experienced customer service team. I ordered a larger size, and they offered me a free new one with the correct size. Thank Pompons for the great service.

UPDATE: I was willing to purchase Pompons Shoes a while ago but I’m so disappointed now I got them. Sizes runs SOOOOO big. I have a 1yo baby and a 13 months size is double his feet. Then, I asked for an exchange to a 6-12 months size and they still too big. My son tried the shoes (the one that “fitted” the best) and they have such a big rounded tip that made him feel off and hit his face… they look like clo' shoes.
Also, there is no place on the webpage that says the shipping comes from China. I waited 3 weeks for the first order and 3 more weeks for the new ones.
Future shopper: I hope you have a different experience.

These shoes are a great fit for all sizes of feet! I had trouble finding shoes for my toddler son as his feet are quite wide. Although the shoes I received were a little small in length, the customer service was amazing and I was offered a new pair through their size guarantee. I will definitely be purchasing more shoes from them!

I ordered shoes for my daughter. I got 3 pairs and she loves them all. They are so comfortable and she wouldn’t even take them off before bed. I haven’t seen her love her shoes that much. I would recommend them because they are so light weight and perfect for those little feet.

Prompt shipping. Very impressed by the quick customer service responses to my queries and size guarantee. The shoes that arrived were a bit too wide for my baby and free replacement was offered. The shoe-socks were however a great fit and look exceptionally cute/comfy!

The company is legit. As in they will ship you the item. But they’re coming directly from China. Just order the shoes directly from AliExpress or even Amazon for way cheaper and save your money.

quality of shoes are great. perfect for infants that just started walking. sizing is a little off for my baby and had to exchange. looking forward to getting them so my baby can start wearing them. customer service is very responsive.

Kengät vastaavat hyvin kuvausta ja ovat laadukkaan oloiset. Koko oli todella reilu, mutta asiakaspalvelu toimi hyvin ja lupasi korvaavan koon väärän tilalle.

Ho fatto un ordine in data 03/04, deve ancora arrivarmi!
Doveva essere un regalo se solo fosse arrivato in tempo ragionevoli (avevo considerato 15 giorni).
Niente da ridire sulle risposte celeri, ma poco autentiche del personale visto il prolungarsi dell'attesa.
Spero nella qualità del prodotto.
