Used this service today after a mammoth journey from NZ.
Driver Tom was waiting for us after arrivals, he was very helpful and friendly and got us home swift and safe.
10 out of 10. Will definitely use again.

Used Airport Cars on several occasions now.

Exceptionally efficient regarding booking confirmation etc.

Always had very polite, friendly and professional drivers.

When ever I come back into Heathrow I always use this superb company . Without exception all the drivers are super friendly, helpful and good communicators . The prices are fair and for me communication is the key ... and the level of communication is great.
The latest journey was on 3rd December and Tom picked me up. The road was closed at the end of the M27 so Tom had to essentially take a detour which added the best part of a hour on . He was great and didnt charge extra for this and whilst it was frustrating for both of us, he was really professional and extremely pleasant

Tom made our experience great. Lovely person, super car, great driver and water for us in the car, amazing 👏.

10/10. Smart, efficient and polite. Made the drive home after a tiring flight extremely comfortable, and one less thing to stress about, it’s definately the way to get to and from the airport. Great service will use Tom again. 👍

Trips to/from Heathrow Terminal 5 with pooleairportcars was fabulous, our lady driver arrived on time and drove beautifully, as did our driver, Tom on our return trip to Bournemouth. Clean comfortable Mercedes S class, very smooth (and legal) driving. Bottles of water waiting in the arm rest, made us feel relaxed and special.
FIRST CLASS TRAVEL... we will be using them for ALL future taxi journeys.

LONDON / SYDNEY CRUISE TO HONG KONG
Michal was very punctual on taking us to London Heathrow. He was smartly dressed and extremely polite and took our luggage. The car was very clean comfy and roomy with a hint of luxury, Michal drove safely and with utmost care. We were away for over a month, so it was comforting to know that on landing back in London in March Michal had sent a text with a picture of "Airport Cars" sign and where he would be in the arrivals terminal. Dressed in a smart black suit, Michal took all our luggage from us and we were pleased to sit in our taxi knowing it was a smooth transition. A thoughtful bottle of water for each of us was provided which was welcomed after a very long flight. I had no doubt that "Airport Cars" would be there on our return as their communication was exceptional. I was impressed with the service that Ashley and Wane provided with their company and therefore I highly recommend their service. Michal also, is to be congratulated on undertaking a “first class service”, Thank you "Airport Cars" for trouble free transfers with no anxiety issues and providing a highly reliable taxi service to and from Dorset to London Heathrow airport. My two teenage sons and I flew to South Africa during half term in May-June 2024. I requested for an eight-seater or similar - reason being for the space needed, lots of legroom etc. I was very impressed (speechless) with the professional service. Thank you for the special memories - you deserve much more than 5 stars.

In one word, relaxing. I have used Airport Cars on numerous occasions and as always the service can't be faulted. My driver today was 'Tom', arrived 10mins ahead of schedule which is extremely reassuring, warmly greeted and shown to a clean, spacious and comfortable car. Our route took us on the M3 motorway which unknown to me had road closures due to maintenance work. Tom was fully aware of the ongoing roadworks and already had a diversion planned; we arrived at our destination in good time without any cause for concern. I would highly recommend Airport Cars, efficient, reliable and above all else, relaxing.

Our driver Zoltan was excellent, on time, didn’t let us worry about the delay in us being able to leave the plane due to ‘the jetty’ being broken drive us home in a professional and friendly manner, despite rotten weather. Highly recommend him and the firm .

Tom went above and beyond to help us when our flight was delayed for 2 hours due to thunderstorms. Very helpful and polite. Will always use Airport Cars as they are very efficient.

We use Airport Cars for all our airport transfers. The drivers are reliable, polite and we’ve yet to experience a bad driver. Tom picked us up from Heathrow T2 today. We landed early, but he was early too. He provided a safe and relaxed drive home for us after a long flight.

I booked a pick up from Heathrow for an elderly friend who has slight confusion. From the first call I was reassured about the commitment to make sure my friend was safe and comfortable. The driver, Ashley, went above and beyond to stay in touch with me and even rang to say they were in the car and approximately what time he expected my friend to arrive home. Unfaultable service from start to finish.

We used Airport cars to take my daughter and her bridesmaids to the wedding venue on Saturday. Communication from the start to finish was exceptional, the car was immaculate and our driver Mat was fantastic. Thank you Airport cars.
