My husband upgraded my embroidery machine for Christmas to a Poolin! I love the machine. It is user friendly and the support is amazing! When I have any questions, they are there to help and always resolve the issue for me. Couldn't be happier with the machine and the support team!

Ho acquistato la Poolin Eco06 qualche tempo fa e devo dire che ha superato di gran lunga tutte le mie aspettative. È una ricamatrice straordinaria, ideale sia per chi è alle prime armi sia per chi vuole portare i propri progetti a un livello superiore.
Ecco i punti di forza che mi hanno fatto innamorare di questo modello:
Facilità d'uso e intuitività: Il display touch screen è chiaro, reattivo e facilissimo da navigare. Caricare i propri ricami personalizzati tramite USB è un'operazione immediata e senza intoppi.
Precisione e qualità del punto: I ricami sono puliti, precisi e i colori vengono sfumati e gestiti divinamente. Ho testato la macchina su diversi tipi di tessuto (dal cotone leggero al denim più pesante) e il risultato è sempre professionale.
Rapporto qualità-prezzo imbattibile: Per le funzionalità che offre e l'ampia area di ricamo, il prezzo è assolutamente competitivo rispetto ad altri marchi sul mercato.
Incredibile supporto clienti (Poolin): Questo è il vero valore aggiunto. Per qualsiasi dubbio o piccola calibrazione iniziale, il team di assistenza Poolin è stato super disponibile, rapido nelle risposte e mi ha guidato passo dopo passo con estrema gentilezza.
Inclusi nella confezione ci sono anche ottimi accessori che permettono di iniziare a ricamare fin da subito. La consiglio a occhi chiusi a chiunque cerchi una macchina affidabile, robusta e ricca di soddisfazioni.

I absolutely love my machine. I bought the Poolin EOC06 and was very nervous about figuring out how to use it but their tech support guy, Kevin Xu, has don’t a phenomenal job with helping to work out errors and learning to use my machine! Poolin gets a 10/10 in my book! I look forward to getting more of their products!

I have had the best experience with Poolin all the way around! I started with an EOC05 and quickly out grew it! I currently have an EOM and love it! It is user friendly with very little embroidery knowledge.

Customer service is the best in the business! I had an issue last night and Kevin helped me right away! Up and running within minutes. Any issue I have little video arrives quickly in my WhatsApp chat to help me navigate the problem. They know there machines so well and zero in quickly to get you running again!

The machines are well made. Shipping was fast through Amazon.

Lastly, the quality of stitches is superb! I have products in a retail store and sellout every-time! Clean, tight stitching!

I recently purchased the eoc07. So far, Im super happy with the machine! It's a world of difference compared to last one I owned (different brand). It's so easy to upload designs and make items. I know I'll be a bazillion times more successful because of it.
Also, customer service is top notch! They're sooo nice and sooo helpful!!!
I'm so glad I made the decision to buy this machine!!!

Kai Tang made purchasing and setting up my EOM painless. He has been a major help with anything that I have needed. Continues to support when needed. I love Poolin especially because of the after sale continued support.

First I’d like to say I’m new to embroidery. I have never done anything like this before in my life. This machine is very beginner friendly. And the technical support has been great answering my questions and helping me through if I need help with anything at all. I highly recommend this machine and company.

I ordered a Poolin EOM with no experience & tension was pretty much perfect right out of the box.
Customer service is reliable, but not in EST - so I do have to stay up to chat with them, but it’s well worth my time. Leo is great, I haven’t had any issues that he couldn’t help me with. He sends me videos that I can follow along with & can point out an error just by looking at a photo. I can’t wait to buy my next machine in 2027!

I own both a E06 and EOM. The E06 I would give a 3.5 stars. It’s an all right machine, but it seemed like I was constantly fixing little things here and there.

Now, the EOM I would definitely give it a 5+ stars. It has been nothing but fabulous since I got it a few months ago. I have completed so many projects. There were a few errors here and there, but all user issues, not machine issues.

Poolin customer service is truly like no other. They get back to you as soon as they can (different time zone for me), they check up on you to make sure things are running smoothly.

I would definitely purchase a Poolin or Bai multineedle again.

Excellent customer service, very promptly, always helpful and willing to help and provide very good tips and knowledge I'm very new into this field, and so far experience has been zero stress knowing that there's always a person to support me in every project.

Okay so the customer service is fantastic, they help you over in WhatsApp via text and that really helped me as a beginner. I’ve never embroidered anything before getting this machine and this was my first time doing it but Kai From Poolin Customer Service helped me when it was like night and day! Thank you Kai! You’re very dedicated to helping me friend! That being said there’s just some small stuff that’s hard to learn right away, and the machine can be hard to figure out as a beginner, though it’s my first machine so. Also the pedal foot no longer locks at the top, which I hope to fix with customer service. All in all great service 😌, good machine if you know how to use it.

Love the machine, love the customer support! I’ve had the Poolin EOX since early March 2026. For support, I thought the different time zones would be challenging, but it’s not bad. I work my real job during the day, so the support team is usually available when I’m ready to use my machine once I get home. Kai and team have been very helpful and supportive!

Kai is very helpful when troubleshooting problems; I’m new to embroidery so I had a few! He was patient and friendly; he asked for videos of my issues so he could better assist. Afterwards, he followed up to make sure things were still running smoothly. Excellent customer service!

If I could only say two words describing the people who work at Poolin it would be “CUSTOMER SUPPORT”! Truly UNPRECEDENTED! I started with the EOC06 and quickly moved to the EOX in just eight short months of use. This is the first time I have ever attempted embroidery.. There was definitely a big learning curve, but the results are fabulous. Both machines have brought me much joy and allowed me to make profit in return. It has been my experience that all of their products are wonderful!! Everything from the machines all the way to the stabilizer and threads. They truly make you feel like a friend not just a customer. Unlike any other Machine, you will learn your machine inside and out. You will not be dependent upon someone at a shop to maintain your machine. The company takes great pride in the quality of machines and the products they make, Not one time have I reached out and not gotten the help that I needed. I cannot count how many times they have reached out to me just to make sure that I am OK to ask or if I needed any assistance. If you purchase here you will NOT be disappointed. The only thing to remember is that there is a time difference. So, I know my 9am is their 10pm.
