Poolshop レビュー

DON’T buy here . Customer Service (what a joke) refused to send the product as pictured which was a package of two units. They shipped one unit.

Everything shipped on time, and got my items that I ordered. I like how everything was free shipping which gave me peace of mind for shopping for my pool needs.

Beware of this poolshop.com disguise. They are really Maytronics. Maytronics has tons of terrible reviews. I ordered a pool heater ignition replacement from them. Had some issues with shipping and then realized they have no posted customer support phone number. Only email support. I emailed and did get a reply saying the package was on the way and if any additional issues please let them know. Well, the part did arrive broken!! I immediately responded to the same email only this time I got no response. I included pics of the damaged part. I waited a couple days and sent another email. Nothing. I then sent a third email and still nothing. I’ve since asked my bank for a chargeback. Beware of this sham company.
