Shame I couldn’t give zero stars. These are a bunch of scam artists.

Christmas tree lights arrived and didn’t work. I asked for a refund and was offered £2 only. I didn’t want a reduction for an item that was useless.

AVOID this company

Unlike the majority of people that have written reviews, I was fortunate enough to receive my necklace. However, it was broken inside and therefore useless. I asked for an FOC replacement to be sent to me urgently, as it is needed for Christmas. It took over a month to receive the original necklace! I was offered a paltry £3 compensation, or I could return it and have a full reimbursement! Not what I had asked for. Avoid at all cost.

I have been waiting for my order of 2 backpacks since July and keep getting emails telling me they are in transit. I have asked for the order to be cancelled and my money refunded but nothing just the same old message . I have told them that it is too late as the children's birthdays have long gone. I will never order from them again

I ordered 2 granddaughter necklaces on 4th October 2025. It’s been over a whole month and I still haven’t received my order. The tracking updates, make no sense, the last one I received stated my items were in Scotland ( why not England) where I live? They still haven’t arrived, now they’re promising to renew the order, as they can no longer track my order. I wonder do I have to wait a further Callander month? Terrible service

Massive scam, order was marked as delivered even though it wasn't. Customer service just insists it was delivered and refuses to do anything.

Sent for 2026 seed calendar and received 2025 calendar. They say they sent the correct calendar even though I sent them a picture.

No item received, unable to find original advert on Facebook, two different names and pop-grocey Spot the missing “R”, all to avoid detection. If I could give this site a minus I would. I sent them a messages over the last week and they took two days to reply and when I asked for a refund they were only going to give me 2 pounds and I could keep the product that was not the correct size. And there was also hidden charges that weren’t shown until I bought the product. They won’t be getting my money again

Ordered a gift for my granddaughter mid august for a birthday gift for end of September still not received it after numerous to an fro with emails telling me it’s lost in transit and will send a replacement and now apparently that is also lost in transit too I’ve asked for refund but they are refusing this option, when I tried to track parcel the company no nothing about it!!!!! Please be very aware of ordering anything from these guys !!!!

Avoid at all costs. Product ordered 6th September, still not arrived (today is 17th October). Half baked email replies about missing tracking information and shipping a replacement. The tracking information was provided by Pop Grocery and yet they could not provide it! Shambles. Refund requested for a third time now. All of it feels like a company stealing your money

I’d give no stars if possible. Ordered button Christmas decorations, not delivered and no refund despite several emails. DON’T deal with this company

Always screen shot your transactions as they steal,lie and are fraudulent

Appalling customer service. Will not accept return of faulty goods valued £27 and instead offered £2 compensation. No explanation given despite asking many many times. The jeans I ordered were very poorly made with all the seam fraying and the zip didn't work. Do not understand any circumstances buy from this company.

DREADFUL DREADFUL company.
I ordered 2 x airplane mode comfy sweatshirts on the 1st August, which eventually arrived, one on the 16th September and the other on the 26th September., after asking when I can expect the items.
They were both very small and extremely poor quality.
I have multiple emails regarding refunds. Initially offering me £3 compensation and to just keep the items.
I was then told I needed to pay for the return postage and shipping fees.
Then after completing all there requirements for returns was told I can only have refund for 1 item as they should have been sent separately, of which was not highlighted in there instructions.
£41 out of pocket 😡
ABSOLUTELY stay away from this company as they sell multiple different product types.

Order was late, then they had to resned it. The item I eventually received was low quality and did not match the description on their website. Avoid buying from this website at all costs.

If I could give zero I would. Ordered in July and received lots of fake tracking updates. Parcel was supposed to be coming from USA and then 8 weeks later from China. Have requested a refund twice without success. Avoid like the plague!

Never received item!!! No refund

Warning !!!Don’t EVER buy from here, you will not receive your items,
They will send you wrong tracking number and say its been delivered to wrong address.
Will not help track item or give you a refund……

Over charged on my order. Requested my ordered to be canceled and full refund issue was told to late to cancel.
