Customers do indeed need an existing Google account to leave a review. However, it is important to note that this requirement comes from Google, not our system, as mentioned on our website in the FAQ section.

Thank you for pointing out that our popcards work well and correctly redirect to your Google My Business page.

It is normal that the cards are not linked because we did not receive the link to your Google Business profile. Please send us an email with the link to your Google Business profile at the following address: contact@popcard.io. Our team will configure and activate your card remotely.
