Thank you to PopCash for their kind offer of providing a “dedicated account manager,” which may help me with nothing since my money is already lost.
It seems I misunderstood — I thought that losing money might require a solution or compensation, not someone to oversee it happening better next time.
I did contact them as requested, and the result was clear:
There is no refund, no accountability — only an offer to “optimize” future losses.
An account manager cannot compensate for the money that was lost. It feels like being given a better navigation system after the ship has already sunk.
At this stage, I believe transparency is more important than assistance. Advertisers should be aware of the risks before investing.

I am an independent website owner. I use this website advertisement to offer discounts to customers and make money on popcash. Their CPM is very rubbish. I have to attract nearly 10,000 clicks to withdraw money, but they made troubles, saying that I was some kind of advertising traffic and asked me to provide evidence. I was thinking, what is worth spending so much money to get more than 10,000 successful clicks in order to withdraw 10 US dollars from your popcash? Later, I was tired of them asking me to provide proof all the time, so I asked them to reject my withdrawal application this time, and I would not use popcash again. But the most explosive thing came, they directly blocked my account, before that I even gave them my WhatsApp business account homepage, where I posted my independent website and discount instructions (click on the advertisement and take a screenshot to find customer service to get a discount).
