I came across one of their lives on TikTok and the hosts seemed very nice fun, so I decided to stick around. The wigs they were trying on looked so good and fun, so I decided to order two. I loved them so much that I just had to order more, so I ordered 3 more. I loved those so much as well, so I’m thinking about ordering more! The wigs are very good quality and I get so many compliments!

Super responsive and very friendly! The wig is great quality, and my shipment cane in relatively quickly. Will for sure order from here again (I actually already have!)

I ordered like 4-5 wigs and I absolutely love them, one of them was out of stock and they let me know that there would be a delay but they were working promptly to get me my product. I’m new to the wig world and they are so kind and amazing definitely recommend

I won a wig watching one of their livestreams on Tiktok! The girls on there were so amazing, very engaging, friendly & helpful. I loved getting to see the wigs on someone before buying one, it helps a lot! While there were a few hiccups with getting the free wig delivered, everything turned out great! The customer service lady that I was in contact with was super nice & helpful too. They even gave me a set of free press on nails & a discount code for my next purchase!! Everyone loves free stuff & discounts, amirite?!😏

Was a fun buying experience. Being able to see the wigs tried on prior to ordering and being able to interact was a unique experience. The prices are amazing and the quality and color are incredible. Had a shipping issue with one of the 8 wigs I ordered but the staff was quick to respond and resolve my issue with ease. 10 out of 10 recommend and will be buying from them again!

I enjoy watching the live stream. They're so nice and understanding. They don't get upset when you repeat a number for them to try on. They help you with the difference between the ones that are similar to each other. They're my favorites to watch and shop for wigs.

This is my first wig ever and I am in love with my wig. It looks so natural with the curls. I wore it all day and I didnt have any discomfort. I have 3 more in my shopping cart.

My experience with Popinrow has been such a pleasure! I absolutely love their wigs. Thier wigs are great quality and they are absolutely gorgeous!! I personally have ordered about 13 or more! I can't keep track😅!! They also have amazing people go live on tiktok and they show case all their beautiful wigs! Lastly, the shipping is extremely fast! I get my orders within 2-3 days every time! I give the company 1,000 out of 10! I will be a reoccurring customer!

Great customer service. I wanted to buy a different wig from the one I had already ordered so I emailed them and they got back to me crazy quick. They were able to cancel my order and we’re so nice about it. Not to mention their wigs are also a really nice quality.
