Amazing experience with pop maison! They were very helpful and efficient in helping me secure the correct chairs when I didn't the correct chairs delivered to me. The entire process was fast, transparent and straight forward! Anna and the team at pop maison were very good 😊!

I ordered a dining room table and 4 chairs. My dining room table came in but my chairs were taking a bit longer. Customer service went out of their way to make sure I received my chairs in time for my new apartment set up. Wonderful experience The quality of my set is beyond what I imagined. Pop Maison will always be my go to when needing furniture.

I ordered a cabinet from Lowes, where Pop Maison was the 3rd party seller. My order was set to arrive on March the 6th, but was delayed until March the 9th. On March the 11th, I initiated a conversation with Pop Maison asking about my package. I was told "the package was damaged in transit and is being retuned to us." Ok... when they were notified that a package was being returned, they should have reached out to me. Strike 1! Then the re-shipped without expediting, stating that "furniture carrier does not offer overnight shipping". A, UPS does offer expedite shipping. B, I did not ask for overnight. Is English not their 1st language... Strike 2! The "replacement" package arrived late again and see pictures below on how it arrived. My UPS driver, who is the nicest man, was embarrassed to deliver a package in such a state. I emailed again, included pictures, said I wanted a full refund and they could come pick up their trash. I was told to deal with it with Lowes, that they would no longer communicate with me. I have disputed the credit card transaction, written Pop Maison a terrible review on Lowes.com and filed a complain with Lowes about their customer service. I will continue to post this story everywhere I can.

Oftentimes we’re so quick to write bad reviews, but not so much when they’re good. This is by far one of the best on line companies I have ever dealt with. The delivery was very fast, the product (chairs) were beautiful, well built and easily assembled and the customer service was one of the best. They were professional, attentive and most importantly true to their word. I recommend highly. Thank you!

We ordered the Dwen table & chairs a few weeks ago & we’re so excited. The chairs are great, so far…sexy & sturdy. However, the table is trash. We got the black finish & it’s already starting to chip, looks great in photos, but the quality is junk. Get the chairs, but find a table made of actual wood somewhere else.

I went with the Dwen 79" Modern Large Oval Dining Table and Doris Rolling Upholstered Dining Chair With Castors (Set of 6).

The chairs I am 10/10 happy about they are beautiful and worth it in my opinion.

The table on the other hand is horrible quality!

Within days it already had peeling on it and chips… they should really up their quality of table to accommodate the luxuriness of the chairs. Dissapointed and will behaving to replace my table a lot quicker that I expected

Beautiful barstools from a great business!

The Nice 27" Rattan Upholstered Counter Stools are everything I was hoping for and just as the pictures show. The design is elegant and warm. Every detail fits together well. The bouclé fabric is textured so beautifully. The rattan keeps the barstool light in your space without making it overwhelming. And metal frame makes the barstools feel extremely sturdy. This barstool design is exactly as described organic, modern and cozy.

On a separate note, the customer service team for Pop Maison are wonderful. I reached out before my purchase with questions and received excellent guidance. After I received my barstools, I had a few more questions and the customer service team were there every step of the way trying to help me. Great experience overall!

The chairs are great quality and exactly as pictured! One of the screws was damaged upon arrival and they quickly sent a replacement and followed up to ensure everything was all set. I appreciated their attention to service!

I ordered a 40" round coffee table listed at 72.75 lbs. The item I received arrived in a box measuring 27.25" × 18.3" × 10.5" and weighs approximately 22–32 lbs, which cannot match the listed dimensions or weight. It's remains unopened and I'm awaiting a response to my inquiry.

Amazing experience and products! Everything came out so well and it’s high quality furniture at a good cost. I was missing 2 chairs from FedEx and when I reached out and told them the issue, they had the new chairs sent to me within the week! I hope they come out with bedroom furniture soon because I love their stuff.

Pop Maison was amazing throughout the entire purchase process. I was nervous the table I bought wasn’t going to fit in my space and they assured me I would be able to test the table out and be able to return it if it didn’t fit. I was nervous because so many companies won’t accept a return if the box is opened and even then would charge a huge restocking fee if you did have to return. Ana from their customer service team was so kind and responsive (responding usually same day) and walked me through the entire process. The table ultimately didn’t fit, but instead of charging me a huge restocking fee and shipping they refunded the full amount for me. It was unexpected in the most positive way. You don’t come across great customer service like this much any more at all. Pop Maison is a great company and I would definitely order from them again.
